．The driver will wait for you at the airport for 80 minutes (free waiting time) according to your flight arrival time. Please be sure to fill in the "Flight Number & Flight Arrival Date and Time" in the "Remarks" field of the order information. If you exceed the waiting time, you will be considered to have forfeited your ride and the driver will leave without a refund.
．When making a reservation, please be sure to provide an usable contact method in Taiwan, such as a messaging apps + account ID.
．A greeting service can be arranged for an additional fee. The greeting representative will hold a sign with your name at the arrivals hall of the airport (on your right hand side after exit). Please look for the sign with your name.
．All relevant pickup service reminders (including driver contact information and license plate number) will be provided via email. Please check your email for updates.
．If the flight is delayed by less than 1 hour, the driver will wait at the airport for 60 minutes according to the original arrival time. If the flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, please contact customer service before or after the flight departure to re-arrange the vehicle.
．If you are unable to board the originally booked flight due to a delay on the connecting flight, we will not provide a re-arrangement of the vehicle or a refund.
If the number of passengers or the amount of luggage exceeds the number booked at the time of boarding, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.
．The booked vehicle type or driver information may be adjusted due to vehicle scheduling on the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
