Heading for Trout Rock Lodge→Dinner at the lodge→Enjoy all night Aurora viewing!!!
Day 2
Breakfast in the lodge→Snowmobile Tour→Ice fishing→Snowshoeing
Shore lunch on the island (Sashimi if fish is caught / Hot Soup / Aboriginal bannock)→Dinner at the lodge→Enjoy all night Aurora viewing!!!
Day 3
Breakfast in the lodge→Return to Yellowknife→Dog Sledding Tour→Lunch at local restaurant→Free afternoon at leisure→

Notes

1. The package price is subject to change due to actual circumstances.
If due to delayed flights, bad weather or other conditions beyond our control, any additional cost of lodging, meals, transportation etc, will be the guest's responsibility.
2. If your arrival is delayed, we can not guarantee to make up your full package, but we will try our best.
3. Our minimum requirement are two persons. All rooms and cabins at the lodge are 4 beds. If 2 guests want to stay at the room exclusively, a surcharge will apply. Winter season lodge departure from Yellowknife is every Tuesday and Friday at 5:00pm.
There is no running water in winter season due to permafrost in a wilderness location. Pacto toilet are in each room but not cabins, cabin guest has to use pacto at the main lodge.

Cancellation clauses

If make cancellation 7 days prior the departure day, 100% of tour fee will be refunded.

If make cancellation 4-6 days prior the departure day, 70% of tour fee will be refunded.

If make cancellation 1-3 days prior the departure day, no tour fee will be refunded.

If the activity is suspended due to the cause which can not be ascribed to the organizer, no refund will be issued.

Tripbaa will inform you of postponement or refund if there is any force majeure.

If the application for changing departure date is due to personal factors, it will be treated as cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
