You can feel Japanese winter in this one-day tour!
2) It’s as if we were in another world! You can enjoy playing in the snow as much as you like using a sledge, scoop and so on!
3) Have all-you-can eat lunch with snow crab and deep-water shrimp in season!
4) Enjoy strawberry picking experience!
5) A lucky draw will be held on the bus travelling!!

It is strongly recommended to wear thicker clothes or bring extra clothes and gloves when you play in the snow. It is also advised to wear a pair of walking shoes.
Fruit ripening time varies slightly according to weather. In some cases, pre-picked fruits might be served instead of fresh fruit picking activity.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
Visiting spots might be very cold. Bringing thick winter clothes is strongly recommended.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
If we have to cancel the tour for typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond our control, we decide the matter by 3pm Japan time one day before the departure and inform you about it by e-mail.
The place that the tour disbands may be different from the one that it meets. For the actual place, ask the tour conductor on the spot.

*When the participants does not reach the number above, the tour will not be operated. If this is the case, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter by 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date (by 4 days prior to the departure in case of a Day-tour).

Cost details

The cost includes ：

Expenses for transportation, accommodation, meal(s), admission fee(s) specified in the itinerary and taxes.
* None of the expenses will be refunded even though the items concerned are not used by a participant for personal reasons.

The cost does not include：

Expenses for transportation, meal(s), admission fee(s) not specified in the itinerary, personal expenses during the tour (telephone, laundry or beverages etc.) and optional tour fees.

Cancellation clauses

If make cancellation 7 days prior the departure day, 100% of tour fee will be refunded.

If make cancellation 4-6 days prior the departure day, 70% of tour fee will be refunded.

If make cancellation 1-3 days prior the departure day, no tour fee will be refunded.

If the activity is suspended due to the cause which can not be ascribed to the organizer, no refund will be issued.

Tripbaa will inform you of postponement or refund if there is any force majeure.

If the application for changing departure date is due to personal factors, it will be treated as cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
