【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
■ If you arrive after 7pm, you may not be able to check in. Accommodation fees cannot be refunded due to failure to check in. Please be careful not to be late.
■ For the comfort of our guests, we conduct on-site patrols at night. After 10:00 pm, please keep quiet and ask guests to understand and abide by etiquette. (Vehicles are prohibited from driving in the venue after 10 p.m.) After 10:00 p.m., gates may be closed and vehicle entry and exit restrictions may be in place, please check with the front desk.
■ The use of open fires, fireworks, generators, karaoke, iPods and other music equipment is prohibited in the venue. (If you need a campfire, please use the fire platform provided on site.)
■ Only one vehicle is allowed in all cabins and tent areas, except for yurts. Dome guests please park in the dedicated parking lot in front of the central building (limited to one vehicle per room). If you have more than two cars, please park in front of the central building or in the second parking lot.
■ Please note that tree resin may stick to vehicles or tents depending on the season.
■ Guests staying in deluxe cabins can use CAMP SAUNA free of charge.
*Please wear swimsuits and other clothing.
※Depending on reservation status, you may not be able to check in at the requested time.
※Due to weather and freezing conditions, emergency use may not be possible.
Pre-departure Information According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Social Security of Japan (MHLW), all international travelers must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (checking into a hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
