[Notes on adding people]
■ Ecological house, medium wooden house, large wooden house: 3 years old (inclusive) and under, free of charge, no breakfast, no supplies, no extra bed. NT$1,000 for adults aged 3 years and above, no supplies, no extra bed, includes breakfast, dinner, admission ticket to Phoenix Nature Education Park, and ecological guide
■ Cabin: No additional guests available.
【Accommodation Rules】
■ According to Article 70-2 of the Tourism Development Ordinance, this center is a place that provides accommodation for specific people. You are eligible to participate in ecological tour activities.
■ Phoenix Nature Education Park will be closed every Monday starting from January 1, 2020. The admission time for visitors is from 9 am to 5 pm every day. Outside of the opening hours, except for those who are doing business or staying in the park, In addition, please do not enter the park without permission, except during national holidays, announced flower seasons and specific activities.
■ Counter service hours are 09:30~21:00; the park's nighttime access control time is 21:00. Guests are not allowed to leave or enter the park. Please cooperate.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people specified by the camp. If you need to add more people, please inform us in advance. (If the number of people staying exceeds the number of people notified at the time of booking, the camp owner will have the right to refuse the extra people from entering all areas of the tent)
■ If you check in overtime, please call us in advance. If you check in overtime without calling us in advance, no refunds will be given and the campsite will not be reserved.
■ Provide identification documents or passport upon check-in for check-in purposes.
■ Alcoholism, chewing betel nut, setting off firecrackers, high-decibel audio equipment, partying, drug taking, gambling, gathering to cause trouble and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. If found, the police will be dealt with.
■ Smoking and cooking are prohibited inside and outside rooms in the park. People who smoke in non-smoking areas may be fined up to NT$10,000 and compensated for hotel cleaning fees of NT$3,000.
■ Pets are not allowed in the park.
■ Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am
■ If you want to check out before 9 o'clock, please leave your key in the express check-out mailbox outside the front desk. Depending on the room availability on the day, if you need to check out later, an additional fee of NT$400 will be accumulated every half hour.
■ In response to energy conservation and compliance with air pollution emission standards, the hot water supply period is 16:00~24:00 in the afternoon and 06:00~09:00 in the morning.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
