"Ritomaru Rooms Hakata Hakozaki" is in a great location, just a one-minute walk from JR Hakozaki Station, two stations from JR Hakata Station.
The accommodation has two rooms, limited to two groups per day, and the rooms on the second and third floors of the three-story building are for exclusive use. (There is no elevator, so please use the internal stairs.)
Each room is equipped with a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, toilet, a full range of amenities, furniture and appliances, and high-quality bedding (Simmons mattresses) ensures a comfortable sleep and stay.

【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is prohibited in all rooms in the hotel (including balconies).
■ No pets allowed.
■ Please do not open the windows to watch TV, etc., and please do not make noise with many people after 10 pm. Please try to avoid causing noise to nearby residents.
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
■ Upon check-in, an email containing check-in instructions will be sent to the email address registered at the time of booking. Please follow the steps at the URL listed here.
■ Upon check-out, please place your front door key in the key box with the PIN code, change the PIN code, and lock the key box.
■ If you have visitors other than hotel guests, please notify us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. Guests staying overnight will be charged 5,000 yen per person. Please note that in the unlikely event that someone other than the guest enters or exits through the camera, an additional fee of 15,000 yen will be charged per person regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel or not.
■ There is no automatic lock on the entrance. When you go out, be sure to lock the door and put the keys in the key box.
■ It is easy to hear noise from the floor on the first floor, so please do not jump up or down.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
