【Check-in Rules】
■ Karaoke is only open until 22:00, and singing is prohibited after that time.
■The "deposit of 5,000" will be inspected after check-out. If there are damaged items or dirt that cannot be cleaned, it will be deducted as appropriate.
■ Townhouse community housing "22:00-0800" Do not make loud noises or disturb residents, please cooperate.
■ Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00 noon.
■ Pet accommodation is not provided. Guests who bring their own pets will be refused accommodation; deposits paid will not be refunded.
■ According to the regulations of the Environmental Protection Department, free disposable toiletries are not provided in guest rooms.
■ Late check-out (1H $1000): Please contact us first for extra time or extension.
■ Taking into account personal privacy, bed linen replacement will not be provided for extended stays, and special prices are available.
■ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the B&B. Violators will not be refunded the deposit.
■ Please use the items and equipment with care. If there is any damage, compensation will be paid according to the price (including business losses during repairs).
■ If you take drugs, take drugs, or carry dangerous items, call the police if found.
■ Please keep your valuables carefully. If lost, the B&B will not be responsible for compensation.
■ Lockers are not allowed to be opened to access items without permission. If there is any shortage, please contact the housekeeper.
■ A fee of $800 will be charged for the use of gas barbecue equipment and venue.
If your order representative agrees with the above accommodation regulations and does not listen to the advice, the guest will be refused accommodation; the deposit paid will not be refunded.
