【Accommodation Rules】
■ No pets allowed.
■ Towels will not be changed during your stay.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
■ Shipping of lost items Domestic = We will send the items cash on delivery. An additional fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) is required at one time, and we do not ship overseas.
■ Disposal of bulky garbage such as suitcases and strollers = 4,400 yen～
■ If the guest requests to extend their stay on the same day due to convenience, or the cleaning service cannot be canceled on the same day, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If there are any changes to your booking, such as extending your stay, please be sure to let us know 12 hours before check-out.
■ It is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks, tobacco, and e-cigarettes in this facility. Smoking is prohibited indoors or on the streets surrounding the facility. Violators of these regulations will be fined in accordance with the law. Please do not bring cigarette butts into the museum. If a staff member finds a cigarette butt or smells smoke in the trash can, we will charge a deodorization fee of more than 50,000 yen depending on the situation. Notice.
■ Please note that if any damage or dirt is found within the facility, a repair fee will apply.
Pre-departure Information According to the regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all international travelers must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (checking into a hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
