[Notes on adding people and increasing prices]
★ The wilderness circle and temperate circle can accommodate up to 16 people at an additional price. The price for adding people during weekdays and holidays is different, please refer to the system checkout page.
★ Children aged 0 to 5 years old are free if they do not occupy a bed. Meals, handicrafts, extra beds and other items not mentioned are not included. Charges apply for ages 6 to 12, including breakfast, dinner, experience activities, and supplies. It does not include extra beds, traveler-limited equipment and other items not mentioned. There is a charge for those aged 13 and above (inclusive), including breakfast, dinner, experience activities, supplies, traveler-limited equipment, and does not include extra beds and other items not mentioned.
★ The camp owner will ask for identification on site. Please make your reservation based on the number of people of your actual age.
【Accommodation Rules & Conventions】
■ Fees & Access Control
1. Fees are charged per person. If there is a change in the number of people, please contact customer service at least seven days in advance to change the reservation. Cancellations on the same day/on-site will not be accepted, and the money will not be refunded.
2. The nature circle is a reservation-only venue. Non-accommodation visitors please inform the editor in advance. The admission fee will be NT$950/person (including food) and must leave before 21:00.
3. The gate will be closed at 22:00 every day. Please do not enter or exit during this period unless necessary.
■ Dining & Drinks
1. To ensure environmental sanitation management and your food safety, please do not bring raw meat for cooking, and please do not bring a large amount of party cooked food (snacks are not restricted). If the above situation occurs, the environment and equipment will be cleaned at the discretion of the natural circle. Fee NT$2,000 (can also be used as discount at the bar)
2. Each person can bring one can (500ml) of canned wine, and a beverage cleaning fee of NT$1,200 will be charged if the amount exceeds the limit (which can also be used as a discount at the bar). Canned/bottled/mixed drinks are sold at all bars in the park.
■ No smoking
1. The entire park is non-smoking, and there is a smoking area. If someone smokes in the park, you will have the right to ask to leave the box and charge a cleaning fee.
■ Volume
1. The use of "microphones/large speakers/DJ equipment/KTV equipment" is prohibited in the park, and all sound equipment must be turned off and the speaking volume must be lowered from 23:00 quiet time. If it affects the sleep of other guests, they will be advised. If Natural areas with invalid persuasion have the right to evict from the park.
■ Board Games & Gambling
1. Gambling and the use of gambling equipment such as mahjong/pai gow are prohibited in the park
■Character
1. Please do not go crazy after drinking and vomit in the toilet. Do not vomit at the sink. If you are found to have the above situation, a cleaning fee of NT$$2,000 will be charged.
2. Please do not throw garbage/sanitary napkins/diapers/wet wipes into the toilet. If there is a blockage, a cleaning and maintenance fee of NT$2,500 will be charged.
■ Privacy
1. The private room areas in the park are separate spaces. "Do not enter" other people's private rooms, spy on others, or take other people's belongings. If any of the above circumstances occur, they will be brought to justice.
■ Box
1. The use of "crackers/ribbons/fireworks" is prohibited in the private rooms. If any of the above is found, a cleaning fee of NT$2,000 will be charged and you have the right to leave the park depending on the situation.
[Tips for pets entering the camp]
■ If you bring a pet, you must make a note on the order and pay on site, and inform the camp owner in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of NT$500 per pet will be charged for bringing pets. If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional charges will apply.
■ Do not allow pets to defecate anywhere.
■ Please bring your furry bedding products with you and do not share them. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or bed.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to disturb other passengers.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the tent. If you go out, you must take your pet with you.
■ Maintain pet accommodation etiquette. Pets should be chained or placed in out-of-door cages.
■ Please do not bring any pets (animals) that are listed, dangerous, aggressive, or uncontrolled. To protect the safety of visitors, the camp owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the camp area.
■ If you injure others or damage other people's equipment, you are responsible for your own responsibility and have nothing to do with the camp.
