【Instructions on how to charge for additional people】
Campervan 2 people
■ This room type is for 2 adults.
■ A maximum of 1 additional person can be added to the 2-person campervan. Children aged 0 to 6 years old are free of charge. Only breakfast and welcome snacks are included. Amenities, extra beds and other items not mentioned are not included.
Campervan 4 people
■ This room type is for 4 adults. If the number of people staying is less than the number of people in the room type, no refund will be given.
■ A camper van can accommodate up to 1 additional person for 4 people. Children aged 0 to 6 years old are free of charge. It only includes breakfast and welcome snacks, but does not include supplies, extra beds and other items not mentioned.
tent 4 people
■ This room type is for 4 adults. If the number of people staying is less than the number of people in the room type, no refund will be given.
■Light luxury tents can accommodate up to 2 more people for 4 people. Children aged 0 to 6 years old are free of charge. It only includes breakfast and welcome snacks, but does not include supplies, extra beds and other items not mentioned.
【Accommodation Rules】
■ In line with the Environmental Protection Agency's policy, starting from January 1, 2025, we will no longer provide disposable amenities: toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, shower cap, slippers, etc.
■ The check-in fee includes: free rice, braised pork, and sweet soup from 17:00 to 20:00 on the day; buffet breakfast (8:00 to 9:30 a.m.) at the landscape restaurant in the park.
■ Park entry time: After 14:00, check-in time: After 16:00.
■ If the actual number of guests exceeds the number of guests who have reserved a room, the park will charge additional fees or be unable to provide services.
■ Children whose height is less than 110 centimeters and do not occupy a bed are not included in the charges.
■ To enter the park, non-staying guests need to make a reservation in advance and purchase parking fees, which are NT$300 per car and NT$100 per motorcycle. Please leave the park before 21:00.
■ The sound insulation effect of tents or campers is limited. Travelers who are sensitive to sound should consider this. If necessary, you can go to the counter to get earplugs.
■ Due to natural terrain factors, the park has height differences or various road conditions. Some road sections have a slope exceeding 45 degrees. Stairs are required to go up and down between the activity and accommodation platforms. Please pay attention to your own safety when moving. Please consider this for those who have difficulty moving.
■ Park accommodations are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, electric blankets, dehumidifiers, hair dryers, electric kettles, water dispensers (public facilities), etc. Please do not bring other electrical appliances by yourself to avoid the risk of power outages.
■ In order to comply with the Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control Law, smoking is prohibited in the entire park (including inside and outside the tents), except for the planned smoking areas.
■ In order to maintain the safety of the park, except for the planned cooking area and barbecue area, it is prohibited to light your own fire or cook over an open fire in the accommodation area.
■ The park is planned to have a cooking and dining area, and provides guests with free loan services of refrigerators, stoves, pots and tableware. Please do not cook or eat in the accommodation area. Cleaning fees will be charged if the room is messy and smelly.
■ It is inconvenient to clean and transport garbage in high mountain areas. Please support the reduction and classification of garbage, cherish water resources, and work together for sustainable tourism.
■ After 22:00 in the evening, games and activities will be stopped in the accommodation area. Please speak softly and lower your volume. If you need to socialize, make tea, drink or chat, please move to the landscape restaurant.
■ In order to maintain a quiet environment in the mountains and ensure the quality of guests' accommodation experience, high-volume sound and light equipment such as karaoke is prohibited in the park. Guests who reserve the venue must use it within the event time and limited volume.
■ The campsite-exclusive RV area is pet-friendly, but luxury tents do not allow pets. For detailed information on pet accommodations, please check our Facebook page.
【Pet Accommodation Rules】
■ Mammal pets are only allowed to stay in [Caravan]. Only one pet can be added to the reservation through the platform for $500. For 2-3 pets, please contact the accommodation by phone to add them after booking.
■ The room includes one bag of pet supplies: 3 pee pads, 1 blanket, 1 pack of wet wipes, 1 pet bowl, and poop bags (the number of supplies will be increased according to the number of pets).
■ Pet owners need to prepare: pet food, leash, stroller or carrier, water dispenser, courtesy bags or diapers, a simple litter box, personal items the pet is accustomed to, and a muzzle (to prevent accidental biting or barking at night, only use if necessary).
■ When entering or leaving the room, please ensure that your pet is on a leash or in a pet stroller, carrier, or harness. The park is not responsible for any lost or injured pets.
■ Pets are not allowed on the bed, and do not blow-dry or groom pets in the room. Pets should not relieve themselves in the room. If they do not have a designated area for this, male pets should use a courtesy bag, and female pets should use a diaper to maintain room cleanliness.
■ Do not leave pets alone in the room without supervision to prevent accidents.
■ When dining, pets must be in a carrier or stroller and off the ground, and they should dine in the designated area of the restaurant.
■ When pets stay in the Caravan, guests must sign the [Pet Accommodation Agreement] and pay a cash deposit of NT$1000 per room at check-in. (The deposit will be refunded if the pet complies with the Pet Accommodation Agreement. Pet behavior is the owner's responsibility. If the pet causes damage or dirt in the room, the owner will bear the cost of subsequent repairs and restoration.)
