注意事項
- Children aged 24 months or above (inclusive) on the check-in date will be charged as adults
- Non-smoking in all rooms
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
- Front desk open 24 hours a day
- Check-in is possible until 24:00
- Early check-in is not possible
- For late check-out, please contact the front desk on the day of check-in or on the morning of the check-out day (request available only if room is available)
- No additional guests other than the standard number (absolutely not allowed)
- Addition of extra bed: not possible
- Additional bedding: Not possible
- Parking lot location: 1st floor, B2~B3 (accommodates up to 280 cars)
- Free parking is available for guests, up to one vehicle per room.
- Large bus parking available in the parking lot
- The breakfast restaurant is currently being prepared for operation and the operation schedule will be announced later.
- Free luggage storage service before check-in/after check-out
- Wake-up call service
- 3rd floor communal kitchen with microwave available
- Toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, hairbrush excluded, purchased at underground convenience store
- Minors of the same sex and mixed sex are not permitted to enter alone. (ID required upon check-in)
- Minors who visit alone will be refused entry, and no refunds or changes will be made due to this.
- Even if all rooms are of the same type as the reserved room, the structure may be different.
- Minors under the age of 19 who are not accompanied by their parents cannot stay. (Article 30/58 of the Youth Protection Act. However, you can enter the room by printing out the accommodation consent form from the website and submitting the document signed by your parents (applies to all guests))
- More than the maximum number of guests, including infants and toddlers, cannot be accommodated, and cancellations and refunds are not possible for this reason.
- Additional charges will apply if check-out time passes, so please adhere to the check-out time.
- Please return your room key to the front desk when checking out. (If lost, 30,000 won will be charged)
- Please be sure to leave your contact information in the vehicle in case of an emergency.
- All areas of the youth hostel are non-smoking. (Separate charges will apply if you are caught smoking in the room)
- Please refrain from ordering or bringing in outside food into the youth hostel.
- Please refrain from using portable stoves in the room. (In case of violation, confiscation and storage and forced eviction)
- Please refrain from engaging in dangerous, intentional or negligent acts in the guest room. (Compensation claimed in case of damage to the youth hostel)
- It is prohibited to bring items that emit a foul odor, ignitable or flammable materials, or unauthorized guns or swords into the room.
- Disposable items are not provided in the room. (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, and a dryer are provided) Please bring your own items.
- Once the room door is closed, it cannot be opened from the outside, so be sure to take your key with you or leave it at the front desk when going out.
When using the toilet, be sure to throw away any foreign substances in the trash can.
- Please check that your room windows and doors are locked when going out, and please store cash and valuables separately at the front desk.
- Our youth hostel is not responsible for loss of valuables in the room.
- In case of an emergency, please check the evacuation guide, fire extinguisher, and fire extinguisher provided in the room.
- The view may differ slightly depending on the number of room floors, and refunds will not be applied due to this.
- Depending on the room, you may be assigned a different room than the image.
- Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate reservations may occur and reservations may be cancelled.
- A cancellation refund fee will be applied in the event of a change of mind or cancellation due to customer circumstances.
- In case of damage or loss of company items, compensation must be made according to company standards.
- Pets are not allowed in the room.
- Failure to follow basic etiquette or causing harm or discomfort to others is grounds for forced eviction.
- To prevent fire, the use of fireworks, etc. in the room is prohibited.
- Please clean up after using the condo room. (dish washing and garbage separation, etc.)
- Please dispose of trash generated in guest rooms at the recycling bin at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor.
- The service is not available when the front desk staff is absent (02:00~04:00).
