注意事項
- Submission of guest information (passport/ID for foreign nationals) and agreement to terms and conditions are required. Also, no one other than the number of people declared at the time of reservation is allowed to enter.
・Please refrain from using outdoor spaces (terraces, etc.) after 8:00 pm. We also strictly prohibit any activities or noise that may disturb the neighbors.
・Age restriction: Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
・Please do not touch the paintings and ornaments in the room.
・You cannot bring in BBQ equipment.
・Smoking is prohibited in the entire building and grounds (including outdoors). If we determine that smoking has occurred, including butt trash and odor, we will charge a penalty of 50,000 yen. (It is also prohibited to throw away butts in portable ashtrays, etc.)
・Pets are not allowed.
・Use for purposes other than lodging is prohibited in principle.
*Additional charges will be incurred if prohibited acts are carried out without notification.
・If you fail to comply with the house rules and terms of use, you will be charged a penalty and the cost of repairs and compensation.
Please note that depending on the situation, you may be asked to leave the building immediately.
