Please be sure to contact us if your dog behaves poorly.
Additional fees will be charged if we discover that there is a problem without contacting us.
In addition, if we find vomiting, spilled drinks, smoking inside the room, etc.
We may charge a cleaning fee depending on the degree of dirt.
2. In the event of damage or theft
We will charge the full amount of the item.
3. If there is a significant delay in check-out, you may be charged 5,000 yen/30 minutes.
