注意事項
◇Minors (those under 18 years old) cannot stay alone. Must be accompanied by a guardian. NG if the parent/guardian is not staying at the property
◇Please be especially careful about actions that disturb the neighbors and noise at night.
◇BBQ, fireworks, and bonfires are not allowed.
◇Smoking is completely prohibited inside the building (indoors, balcony, passageways).
◇When you go out, please close the windows and turn off the air conditioner and room lights.
◇When using cooking utensils, heaters, or other equipment that poses a fire hazard, handle with care.
◇No one other than the reserved guest is allowed to enter.
◇Please note that you cannot use more bedding than the number of people making the reservation.
◇Please leave used futons and pillows (including pillowcases) in the room instead of putting them back in the closet.
◇We do not provide cleaning during your stay.
◇Please do not change the interior decorations or equipment installed in the room.
◇ Pets are not allowed on the premises.
◇Please note that if you have forgotten something, it will be disposed of after a certain period of time.
◇We cannot store left behind food items, including items in the refrigerator. Please note that your items will be disposed of after you leave the room.
◇Please note that if you lose your room key, you will be charged a replacement fee.
◇Please notify us of any damage or stains before check-out.
◇If additional charges occur, we will charge you in cash.
