【Accommodation Rules】
■ no smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the building.
If found smoking outside designated areas, there will be a fine of USD$1000 and an inspection.
■ electricity
Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when going out.
■ Lost keys
If you lose your keys, or remove or damage equipment in the room, you will be charged.
■ More than the number of people scheduled
It is forbidden to increase the number of passengers and exceed the number of passengers without authorization. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Temporary check-ins count as guests, so we do not allow guests to invite guests without permission.
If the number of unauthorized check-ins exceeds the number of reservations, a fine of USD$1000 will be imposed, and comments will also be posted.
■ garbage
The garbage will be taken away by the cleaning staff when you check out, please leave the garbage in the room.
If you want to take out your rubbish outside your room, be sure to do so on the balcony of your room.
If you cause nuisance to residents by littering outside the grounds of this property, you will be fined USD$1000 and a comment will be posted.
Also, please separate burnable garbage, bottles, cans, plastic bottles, etc.
■ Parking
Please do not park your car outside the designated parking spaces.
Be sure to review the materials sent to you.
If you park your car in a non-designated place and cause trouble to local residents, you will be fined USD$1000 and posted in the comments.
■ party
Please do not have parties inside or outside this house from 10:00pm to 8:00am. If you are a nuisance to neighbors and receive a complaint, you will be asked to leave.
Do not make noise that may disturb the neighbors.
If we receive complaints from neighbors about noise, we will also issue a fine of USD$1000 and review it.
■ kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with utensils and dishes so you can start cooking in no time.
After cooking, wash, wipe and put back in place.
Please dine in the living room, sofa table, balcony or balcony.
(prohibited elsewhere)
■ bedroom
Eating and drinking are also prohibited in the bedroom. In the unlikely event that the bed or sheets are daringly soiled, you will be charged for compensation. (Also, if you damage your home's fixtures, you'll be compensated the same way.)
■ take a bath
There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Bath and face towels are also provided per person. Use whatever you like.
■ washing machine
If you stay more than 3 nights you can use the washing machine.
■ toilet
Don't flush anything other than toilet paper.
Especially clogging paper towels, plastic and toilet pipes,
Do not rinse anything that could be damaged.
■ About intermediate cleaning
Interim cleaning is available for longer stays or if cleaning is required during the stay.
(Additional fees will apply.)
■ Check-in and check-out
Please be sure to respect the check-in and check-out times. The cleaning staff will come and clean.
If you do not comply, we will also impose a USD$1000 fine and review.
■ lock
Always lock the front door and windows when you leave the house.
