【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: from 3:00 pm
Check-out time: until 11:00 am
■ Do not bring pets
■ In order to ensure the safety of guests, we do not allow you to bring firearms such as barbecue pits into the hotel. If you want to grill, use the paid rental option.
■ Extra charges apply for early check-in, check-in after 9:00 pm, and late check-out. Please contact us for more information.
■ To prevent crime, the main entrance is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you want to go out at other times, please let us know in advance.
■ For the sake of your neighbors, please have a quiet night.
■ We may deny you admission if you do not follow the staff's advice on what to do when you stay.
■ If you do not follow the terms of use and the staff's advice to observe the check-in instructions, if the property is damaged, we will charge a fee equal to the amount of the damage.
■ If you confirm that the equipment is lost or damaged, you may be charged additional fees.
■ Smoking, including heated cigarettes, is prohibited in the mansion.
■ If smoking is confirmed in a non-smoking area, we will charge 50,000 yen as a cleaning fee.
■ After playing on the beach, remove the sand before entering the room.
■ Since you've got the inn business, be sure to fill out the guest list.
■ Parental consent is required for minors-only accommodation.
■ We may check your identity documents regardless of nationality.
■ The owner and operating company, including the swimming pool, are not responsible for any accidents or injuries at this facility. Thank you for your understanding.
