木匠大師張粒才「貓排」依循傳統工法建成穿斗式三合院，宅外門廊至院子的前半段，上有屋頂叫「抱廈」為安平獨有建築型式。Tayouan Villa 配備中式起居室、前庭花園水池、後花園廊道、中式涼亭及4間雙人臥室共265平方公尺，非常適合喜歡有獨立空間的旅客。

台灣之名，一說源自來台南安平的舊稱“台窩灣” 建於1947年的「臺窩灣民居」，為安平歐姓家族的古厝。老建築費時3年整修，廚房和盥洗室已改建為現代化設備。除此之外，保留了70年正統臺灣老厝精華，前庭空間佇立著「日月麒麟」照牆。牆下有台灣圖案花圃，洗石子外牆上，有著台南虱目魚的圖形，壁上還有蚵、招潮蟹、白鷺鷥的立+陶磚，展現古厝所在的安平特色。

一窺彩繪大師潘春源的作品
正廳兩側及每個房門的楹聯、詩書畫作品除了作品係出自已故台南詩書畫家潘春源之手，正廳左壁四幅併連詩句，分別以行草、隸、魏碑、楷書，書寫洪自誠的菜根譚詩句。右壁則是淡泊明志的四季文人畫：春季是蘇東坡柳堤聽鶯；夏季是雲林子洗桐；秋季是陶淵明採菊東籬；冬季是林和靖孤山訪梅。
The name Taiwan is said to originate from the old name "Taiwo Wan" that came to Anping, Tainan. The "Taiwo Wan House" was built in 1947 as an ancient residence of the Anping Ou family. The old building took three years to be renovated, and the kitchen and bathroom have been converted into modern equipment. In addition, the essence of the 70-year-old orthodox Taiwanese house has been preserved, and the "Sun and Moon Unicorn" wall stands in the front courtyard space. There is a flower garden with Taiwanese patterns under the wall, and on the washed stone exterior wall there is a pattern of Tainan milkfish. There are also standing + ceramic tiles of oysters, fiddler crabs, and egrets on the wall, showing the Anping characteristics of the ancient house.

From the hand of master carpenter "Cat Pai" Zhang Licai
The architectural design of the residential buildings is unique. Master carpenter Zhang Licai "Mao Pai" followed the traditional construction method to build a three-sided courtyard with a bucket. The front half of the courtyard from the porch outside the house has a roof called "Baoxia", which is a unique architectural style in Anping. Tayouan Villa is equipped with a Chinese-style living room, a front garden pool, a back garden corridor, a Chinese-style pavilion and 4 double bedrooms totaling 265 square meters. It is very suitable for travelers who like to have independent space, as if they are in a summer palace.
Heritage X Pan Chunyuan
A peek at the works of master painter Pan Chunyuan
The couplets, poems, calligraphy and painting works on both sides of the main hall and on each door are all by the late Tainan poet and calligrapher Pan Chunyuan. The four paintings on the left wall of the main hall are connected with poems, written in running cursive, Li, Wei stele and regular script, respectively, writing Hong Zicheng's vegetable roots. Tan poetry. On the right wall are indifferent literati paintings of the four seasons: in spring, Su Dongpo listens to the orioles on the willow embankment; in summer, Yunlinzi washes the tung trees; in autumn, Tao Yuanming picks chrysanthemums on the east fence; in winter, Lin Hejing visits plum blossoms in Gushan.
