【Check-in Rules】
■ When entering the house, please take off your shoes at the entrance
■ Do not place or drag suitcases on the tatami mats, or walk around wearing slippers, which may damage the tatami mats
■ Some walls are made of clay. Just be careful not to lean on it as it will stain your clothes and damage the walls
■ Do not tamper with buildings, furniture or equipment in the room
■ In case of damage (including odors such as cigarette smell) that is different from the state before use, we will ask you to pay a reasonable price
■ Prohibited and restricted, if you smoke, we will guide you to the smoking area, so please let us know when you book or arrive (there is a smoking area in the backyard)
■ Parties and other similar uses are prohibited as they will cause nuisance to the neighbourhood.
■ Due to impact on the building, pets are not allowed in guest rooms
■ As a general rule, we do not allow anyone other than the booker to enter the room. Etiquette etc. Please respect check-in and check-out times. After 21:00, please do not make loud noises or speak loudly
■ It is forbidden to enter nearby schools and other facilities, take pictures, etc., please strictly abide by
■ If you have trash, separate it into burnable, non-burnable and recycling (cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles)
■ When cooking, please use the ventilation fan in the kitchen to prevent odors from accumulating indoors. To prevent paper jams, only use toilet paper to flush the toilet
■ If neighbors complain about noise during use, we may ask you to pay a reasonable price
■ When leaving the room, please turn off electrical appliances such as lights and air conditioners
■ For your safety, please lock the doors and windows when going out. If you lose your room key, we will charge a reasonable fee
■ The Facility and Operating Company is not responsible for personal injury, theft, lost or missing personal items or valuables
