【Accommodation Rules】
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please be sure to inform us in advance.
■ Please present your ID upon check-in for registration.
■ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, smoking, drinking, gambling, and partying and drug taking are strictly prohibited indoors and in the room. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
■ To maintain the tranquility of your accommodation, please lower the volume after 10 pm and before 8:00 the next day so as not to disturb other guests.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the house are all property of this property. If any items are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price.
■ Please do not move indoor furnishings (such as beds, LCD TVs) arbitrarily.
■ Singing is not allowed, pets are not allowed, fireworks are not allowed in this community, and visitors are limited to 3 people or less (need to leave before 22:30).
■ All B&B rooms have extra-large beds.
Suite: One quilt, two towels (one large bath towel and one hand towel)
Large suite: two quilts and four towels (two large bath towels and two towels each)
■ Entertainment equipment: Mod (movies, TV series, listening to music), Netflix, electric mahjong table (special mahjong included), switch, board games.
■Bathroom facilities include flush toilets and wet and dry separation (no bathtub)
■ Kitchen equipment: IH stove*2, air frying oven, refrigerator, water purification equipment (ice, warm, hot), soup pot, cutlery, complete dishes and cups. Plates and cutlery must be cleaned after use.
■ Your reservation comes with free tea bags, coffee bags, one piece of toast per day, jam, air-fried oven, biscuits, and instant noodles, which you can use for breakfast or afternoon tea.
■ Parking spaces: 2 (please ask in advance if you want more).
