5: Please contact us if your check-in time is over. If we do not hear from you, we will not reserve your room or provide you with a refund.

7: If you are injured or have an accident during your stay, please bear the responsibility yourself.

8: Airport and station pick-up and drop-off services are available for a fee. Example: Kochi Ryoma Airport, 11,000 yen one-way, Dosan Line Osugi Station, 4,000 yen one-way. Please be sure to apply in advance.

9: There is no concierge service as this is a detached house rather than a hotel.

10: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

11: The area where the accommodation is located is a residential area, so please refrain from disturbing the neighbors after 8pm.

12: If we discover illegal activities such as drunkenness, fireworks, loud noises, or use of illegal drugs, we will report them.

13: You will be responsible for any loss or damage to furniture, electricity, equipment, etc. in the accommodation facility. If the equipment is damaged or cannot be used, please contact us immediately.

14: Please be sure to lock the door when you go out. Please turn off the lights and air conditioners in your room.

15: Please manage your valuables yourself. We cannot be held responsible for lost items.

16: Please do not take pictures that may disturb the neighborhood, and do not enter neighboring apartments or houses.

17: Please strictly adhere to the check-out time. If you are late, a late fee will be charged.

18: Please keep your room clean. Please dispose of trash as specified.
