【Accommodation Rules】
■ The B&B is a business place. To ensure safety and the rights of both parties, there is a 24-hour surveillance system in the public areas.
■ Check-in time: after 15:00 on the same day. If you want to check in later, please inform us in advance.
■ Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m. the next day. If the check-out time is exceeded by half an hour, a late check-out fee of NT$500 will be charged.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room type. If you need to add more people, please inform us in advance.
■ Please remember to show your ID when checking in, and also pay the remaining accommodation fee.
■ The private building provides (pots, pans and basic seasonings), but it is not open. Simple cooking (induction cooker), electric pot, and microwave are provided. You need to clean up and clean the kitchen equipment yourself. If it is not cleaned and returned to the place, a cleaning fee will be charged. NT$5000.
■ In line with the government's energy conservation and carbon reduction policy, the B&B will not provide replacement towels or bath towels for guests who continue to stay. If you need to replace a bath towel, it will cost NT$50/piece.
■ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, smoking is prohibited in the rooms, living rooms, bathrooms and balconies. Smoking is only allowed in areas with ashtrays outside the door. Violators will be charged an additional cleaning fee of NT$5,000. Please protect the rights of the next group of guests. We apologize for the inconvenience.
■ Partying, drug abuse, alcoholism, gambling and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the house.
■ To maintain the tranquility of the accommodation, please lower the volume of TV, singing and talking before 10pm to 8am. Please do not run, make noise or play. Please keep quiet in public areas and outdoors at night. (Please take responsibility for yourself if you are reported)
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We are not responsible for any loss, so we apologize.
■ Please do not damage items in the house, such as bedding, supplies, TVs, electrical appliances, singing equipment, tables and chairs, etc. If any damage or loss is found during check-out, compensation will be charged according to the price.
■ Please do not touch the main power supply, heat pump, warehouse and other items without authorization.
■ You need to bring your own utensils and ingredients for barbecue. Only the venue and oven are provided. Ingredients and utensils can be ordered on behalf of you. (Please sort your garbage and keep the venue tidy during the barbecue. If it is not tidied up, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged)
■ The hotel is located in a rural field. Any presence of mosquitoes or insects is a natural phenomenon.
■ Be environmentally friendly and love the earth. Please sort your garbage.
■ Our hotel does not provide bed-joining services. It is prohibited to change the bed frame set without authorization. If any damage is found, compensation will be made according to the price.
■ When checking out, be sure to return the room key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
【Tips for Pet Accommodation】
■ If you bring a pet, you must inform the hotel in advance in the order notes or call the hotel and pay on site. If you do not inform the hotel, the hotel may refuse to accept the pet and the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your cooperation.
■Limited to two small dogs, no charge will be charged. If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional charges will apply depending on the situation.
■ Do not allow pets to defecate indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to get on the sofa or bed when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to disturb other tenants.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you must take your pet with you.
