注意事項
【Precautions】
■ Smoking, partying, and any illegal activities are prohibited in the entire building. If there is any violation, the B&B has the right to refuse guests entry.
■ B&B KTV is open from 14:00 to 22:00. Please lower your speaking and TV volume after 10 pm. Please pay attention to safety when returning home late, and please keep quiet when entering and exiting so as not to disturb the peace of other passengers and neighbors.
■ The living room is a public space and a camera is installed for recording. Please keep your valuables properly and put away the equipment after use. Please do not move the B&B facilities and furnishings without authorization.
■ Private dining room can use tableware and refrigerator in the restaurant. The kitchen uses a microwave or gas stove to cook food. You must bring your own pots and seasonings. Please avoid cooking with high oil fumes. A cleaning deposit of NT$2,000 is required. Please clean up and sort the garbage. Wash dishes and restaurant items and return them to their places after use. The deposit will be returned after check-out.
If there is a barbecue, an additional venue fee of NT$800 will be charged. A barbecue stove and a folding table will be provided. Please finish the barbecue before 9:30 pm. Pay attention to fire safety and keep the environment clean.
■ For general guests in private rooms, please check in after 3 pm and before 6 pm. For guests in private rooms on tour buses, please check in before 9 pm at the latest. If you know that you will check in after the scheduled check-in time, please inform us when booking. After the check-in time, the room will not be reserved and no refund will be given. Please contact us by phone 30 minutes before check-in to avoid travelers having to wait outside. If you are unable to check in within the specified time due to possible delays in your itinerary, please be sure to call the B&B in advance to confirm.
■ Save energy and love the earth. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and electrical appliances when you leave the room.
■ The room rate does not include breakfast. If you need meals, the B&B has a breakfast restaurant that you can refer to for ordering. The location of the B&B is not within the service range of the food delivery platform.
■ Please do not set off fireworks and firecrackers near the B&B.
■ Please inform us in advance if the number of guests is reduced on the day of your stay. If you request it on the day of your stay, you will be charged according to the number of people originally booked.
■ Baotong B&B does not accept visitors. If you need visitors, please inform us in advance. Each person will be charged NT$400. You must leave the B&B before 10pm.
■ Room rates for private B&Bs are based on the basic number of people in each building. If the number of people exceeds the basic number, additional fees will be charged according to regulations. If the number of people is lower than the basic number of people, the basic number of people will still be charged. You are not allowed to request a reduction in the room rate or cancel the reservation because someone is diagnosed or the number of people is reduced due to other reasons. If you do not agree to this, please do not make a reservation.
【Tips for Pet Accommodation】
■ If you bring a pet, please note it in the booking form and pay on-site. Please inform the hotel in advance. (Only small dogs are accepted. Please inform the breed and weight. Dogs over 7 kg are not accepted (limited to 1 per building))
■ If you bring a pet in the hotel, a cleaning fee of NT$300~500 per pet will be charged depending on the size of the pet. And respect the bed and breakfast rules. If you bring a pet without communication, the host has the right to refuse to check in and confiscate the deposit. If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional charges will apply.
■ Do not allow pets to defecate indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed when entering the room. They must be leashed or caged (please bring your own).
■ Pets are not allowed to use towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to disturb other tenants.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you must take your pet with you.
