【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 19:00. Please call us 30 minutes before check-in so that we can arrange a receptionist.
If you arrive at the B&B after 19:00, please be sure to call 0900-675080 before 18:00 so that the room can be reserved for you.
If you do not call us before 18:00, it will be treated as a cancellation of check-in.
■ Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Late check-out will be subject to overtime fees.
Please hand your room card to the counter when checking out. If you lose your room card, a cost of NT$500 will be charged.
■ Please present your ID card for registration when checking in, and pay the accommodation fee together with
■ Please check in according to the number of people specified in the room type. This B&B does not provide extra bed service. Only one child under 6 years old can be added to each room, and cleaning fees will be charged. Please inform us when booking, as temporary additions to the number of people on site will not be accepted. If the number of guests exceeds the agreed number, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in and refund the room fee.
■ Room cleaning services and replacement of sheets/pillowcases/quilt covers will not be provided during the extended stay. Only garbage removal will be provided. If you need to clean up garbage, please inform us before 11:00 am.
■ This B&B has a limited number of parking spaces, which are on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no service to reserve parking spaces, and we are not responsible for any storage. There are also parking spaces on surrounding roads. There is a large paid parking lot available within a 5-minute walk.
■ The hotel is completely non-smoking. Violators will be charged NT$12,000 as a room restoration fee.
■ Pets are not allowed. This B&B is not a pet-friendly B&B. If found, your stay will be canceled immediately and the room fee will not be refunded.
■ It is prohibited to play with firecrackers and fireworks on balconies and squares.
■ Taking drugs, partying, drinking, making noise and disturbing neighbors, etc. are strictly prohibited. Violators or those with serious circumstances will be reported to the police and dealt with according to law.
■ Please do not bring stoves for cooking (ex. cooking hot pot or barbecue, etc.).
■ The public lobby on the first floor is open until 10pm.
■ Passengers are asked to lower the volume after 10 pm and end activities in public spaces to jointly maintain the quality of accommodation. In order to maintain public order, the B&B reserves the right to directly evict guests who behave in a disorderly manner without refund.
■ In order to ensure the rights and interests of tourists and this B&B, a surveillance system is installed in the public spaces (garage/lobby/walkway) to ensure the safety of the accommodation.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. The B&B does not bear any responsibility for their safekeeping.
■ Please do not move the public property and equipment provided by this B&B (such as beds and LCD TVs) at will. Guests are asked to use them properly and do not take them out without permission.
If there is any loss or damage (such as vomiting, menstrual blood staining, bedwetting, etc.), compensation must be paid according to the price.
For any provisions not listed above, this B&B reserves the right to final interpretation and modification.
