To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, petithotel Reina has established the following rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of the accommodation contract, as stipulated in Article 6 of the Accommodation Agreement.
No entry of third parties other than registered guests is allowed.
If you wish to add guests, please contact us and pay the additional accommodation fee.
If you need to extend your stay, please pay the accommodation fee for the extension at the time of application.
Noise and disruptive behavior in the facility and rooms are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas for fire safety. Smoking outside these areas is prohibited.
Please use the rooms only for their intended purpose.
Certain items are prohibited from being brought into the premises, including animals, items emitting strong odors, excessive quantities of items, flammable materials, and illegal items.
Activities that violate public morals and order, such as gambling, are not allowed.
The use of fire-producing items, such as heating devices, cooking appliances, and irons, is restricted (except for those provided by petithotel Reina).
Facilities and items within the premises should only be used for their intended purposes.
Do not take items from the premises or move them to other locations.
Do not attach items to the building or facilities or move them to other locations.
Do not display items that may compromise the external appearance on windows.
Activities such as advertising, selling items, fundraising, and soliciting signatures within the premises are prohibited.
Do not leave shoes or personal belongings in the hallways.
While bringing food and drinks into the rooms is allowed, please ensure to clean up any leftover waste.
Carry valuable and expensive items with you; do not leave them outside.
The use of facilities by specific organizations or individuals (including anti-social forces or those violating the law) is strictly prohibited.
