【Accommodation Rules】
■ It is independently managed by Kailan Travel. If you have any questions, please contact the host directly. Please do not call the counter or hotel customer service.
■ Self-service check-in is adopted. The check-in key is in the lock box on the door. Please put the key in the lock box when checking out.
■ In accordance with the Tobacco Harm Control Act, the B&B prohibits smoking (including e-cigarettes) indoors and chewing betel nuts. If a tenant is found to have violated the rules indoors, it will be reported to the relevant unit for handling, and the tenant can be asked to check out immediately and be compensated double the room price as cleaning expenses.
■ When checking out, you must leave the key on the lock box on the door and lock the door. If you forget to return the key, a loss fee of NT$500 will be charged.
■ If you take a bath in a hot spring, please drain the water after bathing.
■ Please do not bring pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
■ To maintain the tranquility of your accommodation, please lower the volume after 10pm so as not to disturb other guests.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the house are all property of this property. If any items are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price.
■ Please do not move indoor furnishings (such as beds, LCD TVs) arbitrarily.
■ Early check-in is subject to availability on the day.
■ If you are under 18 years old or a high school student and are traveling alone or with minors, please inform the hotel that their parents or guardians have agreed to check in or need to check in with a guardian (adult).
