1. Regarding use of this facility
Our facility operates with the concept of ``vacation,'' ``healing,'' and ``rest'' in the midst of nature. As the area surrounding the facility is lined with residential buildings, we ask other users and nearby residents to be especially considerate regarding noise (especially after dusk) and nuisance behavior.
It will be an area rich in nature. Insects/wildlife live there. Please note that depending on the season, pests may be present.
Lights will be turned off after 9:00 pm, so please refrain from outdoor activities or conversations at night (9:00 pm to 6:00 pm). In order to ensure safety, mild lighting will be turned on, but please be careful as the walkways are dark and can become slippery due to rain and night dew.
This facility has steep slopes, decks, and other height differences and steps so that you can enjoy nature in its natural state.
We ask that adults, especially the elderly and children, please be careful when using the facility, and be careful not to fall, fall, or fall objects.
Please note that this facility cannot be held responsible for accidents such as injury, death, theft, escape, etc. that occur within the facility.
For hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from bringing food and drinks into the venue.
Use of this facility for purposes other than business or lodging is prohibited.
Please do not distribute or post advertisements or sell goods on the premises of this facility without permission from this facility.
We do not allow promotional activities such as distributing leaflets or signing signatures on the premises of this facility.
Accommodation by minors may be refused without parental permission.
Use for purposes other than lodging may be refused at our discretion.
2. About the guest rooms
For your safety, please lock your room when leaving your room.
During your stay, please take care of your room keys, cash, and valuables yourself.
Please refrain from inviting anyone other than guests or accompanying guests into the guest room or having them stay overnight.
Please be careful when handling firearms such as gas grills. Please make sure the fire is extinguished after use.
In order to ensure a safe stay within the facility, we ask that you refrain from using fireworks.
Regarding bonfires, please use the ones provided by this facility in the designated areas.
Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout the facility.
Please note that if special cleaning is required due to other reasons such as smoking or defecation, a special cleaning fee (estimated depending on the situation) may be charged separately.
3. About pets
Owners are responsible for cleaning and disposing of pet excrement within the facility and nearby areas.
Wipe your pet's paws clean when entering the room, and use a gauge inside the room.
If your pet stains the room due to markings, excretion, or any other reason, please clean it up and notify the staff immediately.
Please note that we may charge you a considerable amount for damage, stains, odor, etc. to facilities, furniture, equipment, etc.
Please be sure to use a leash on the premises and be careful to avoid accidents or trouble with other users.
In the event of harm or damage to other customers, pets, or the customer's belongings, we ask all parties concerned to take responsibility for the damage. Please note that this facility cannot be held responsible.
Please note that if you cause a nuisance (including noise) or harm to other guests, or if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, we may refuse your stay.
4. About hygiene management
Those who fall under any of the following conditions may be prohibited from using or staying at the facility, or their movement within the facility may be restricted.
・If you suspect that you are infected with food poisoning such as norovirus.
・If the person is suspected of being infected with an infectious disease specified in the Act on Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases and the Enforcement Regulations.
5. Regarding consideration for other guests and neighboring residents
Please refrain from entering other guests' accommodation spaces.
Please refrain from engaging in noisy activities such as raising your voice, singing, increasing the volume of audio equipment, or making loud noises.
Please refrain from using the hotel in a manner that makes other guests feel uncomfortable or anxious, and refrain from speaking or doing anything.
6. About public order and morals
Please refrain from gambling, any behavior that disturbs public morals, and any behavior that violates public order and morals.
We do not allow you to bring anything that is not permitted by law onto the premises of our facility.
We do not allow you to bring into the premises of our facility anything that may cause anxiety or threaten the safety of other guests or employees.
If a guest or a companion is found to be an organized crime group or its members designated by the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members, or an anti-social organization or its members, we will not accept any further requests. Use is prohibited.
If a guest or a related person is found to have committed acts such as assault, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, or forcefully obstructing business operations, we will refuse any further use of the property.
If a guest or a person related to him or her engages in any act that violates the law, or if there is a sufficient risk of such behavior, we will refuse any further use of the property.
7. Regarding maintenance of buildings, equipment, etc.
Moving equipment and equipment on the premises of this facility to other locations, processing them, or using them for purposes other than their original purpose.
Please refrain from using it.
Please do not bring ignitable or flammable items such as gunpowder or volatile oil into the facility.
Please do not engage in any activities that may cause a fire (other than cooking or starting a bonfire using designated equipment) on the premises of this facility.
If buildings, equipment, equipment, plants, etc. are lost, damaged, soiled, or fouled, you may be required to compensate for the damages. The building is made of tent material, so please be careful when handling it.

8. About smoking
Please smoke in our facility on the outdoor deck. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or in common areas.
9. Regarding use of parking lot

Our facility is not responsible for any car troubles (accidents, damage, etc.) caused by customers within the facility.

10. Regarding bad weather, etc.
If it is predicted that the facility will be affected by other weather such as typhoons or bad weather on the day of your stay (including after check-in), and it is determined that the facility cannot be used safely, we will ask you to evacuate (move) or open the facility immediately. may be postponed. After that, even if the weather improves, if we judge that it will be difficult to restore the facility, we may refuse your use. Business operations may be suspended in the following cases:
・If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a weather warning, etc. for the area
・Other cases where the facility determines that it is difficult to operate the facility.
Please note that we cannot accept refunds after check-in.
Please note that we cannot provide any compensation for damage caused by inability to use the facility due to weather.
