★ Starting from July 1, 2023, in response to the government's implementation of the "single-use accommodation supplies restriction", the hotel will not provide disposable toiletries (toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, etc.), only bath towels.

■ For relevant regulations on reservations and deposits, please read the hotel industry’s standardized contract for direct reservations by individual travelers.
■ Pets are not allowed.
■ Smoking is prohibited indoors at grandma's house.
■ Drugs are strictly prohibited at Grandma's house.
■ The kitchen is not available for loan.
■ Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
■ The housekeeper's off-duty time is 16:30. If you arrive after this time, please inform us in advance. We will assist you with self-check-in after 16:30.
■ If more than the number of people enter the room and fall asleep, the hotel has the right to refuse the guests to check in and confiscate the deposit.
■ To protect the rights of guests, pets are not allowed in this B&B. If the tenant fails to comply, the hotel has the right to refuse the tenant to check in and confiscate the deposit.
■ If the facilities in the room are damaged or missing after the guest checks out, the hotel owner will ask for compensation. Please be aware of this.
■ To maintain a peaceful living environment, please refrain from making loud noises after 11pm.
■ Do not use cannons, torches, fireworks or other similar products.
■ The hotel provides a barbecue area. There are only two groups of places a day. If you need barbecue, please make a special request when booking. We only provide barbecue grills (you need to bring your own grill net, ingredients, tableware, and charcoal)
