Newly built in December 2018 on the outskirt of the Niseko Annupuri ski resort, Niseko Highland Cottages a cluster of 4 well appointed cottages are located in the corner of vast farmland with uninterrupted 360 degrees panoramic views of surrounding mountains including iconic Mt. Yotei and the Annupuri mountain range.
We English-speaking Japanese host family and staff strive to make your Niseko holiday unforgettable with the concept being “Home away home” as if you felt like you were at home in Niseko. With magnificent views of Mt. Yotei in the large windows and seasonal crops growing on the neighboring farms, time lapses slowly.
The cottages were designed by a young emerging architect Kihaku Tsutsui and built by a Sapporo based builder renown for its traditional Japanese wood building techniques. Triple layered glass windows imported from Germany provide tightly insulated internal environment throughout the year.
Two story cottages with a double height living room and three bedrooms provide for both happy mingling space and privacy with comfort. Kitchen is equipped with IH cookers and a dishwasher serving for 6 people comfortably.
