注意事項
【Accommodation Regulations】
■Check-in time is 16:00-20:00, check-out time is 11:00. All check-in and check-out procedures are handled at the "Kyojuku Romancekan" counter. (If your check-in time is after 20:00, please contact the hotel in advance.)
■Luggage can be stored for free between 8:00 and 20:00 on check-in and check-out days. However, outside these hours, a fee of 1,500 yen per item will be charged. (Fees vary by location)
■Please do not smoke.
■ Pets are not allowed into the venue.
■Changing towels after the second night costs 100 yen per set. Yukata can be rented for 300 yen each.
■ Parties and events are prohibited.
■Please do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-out is subject to an additional fee. (Fees vary by location)
■ Deposits and taxes may be charged upon check-in, depending on each hotel's charging regulations.
⇨Accommodation tax: Upon check-in, an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night (including children) is required. Please pay in cash.
■Private parking is 1,500 yen + tax per car per night, please notify in advance if you want to reserve.
Before traveling According to Japan’s Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all foreign travelers must provide their passport number and nationality to the hotel when checking into a hotel (hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, hotels must make copies of all guests' passports for backup purposes.
