【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, depending on the collection rules of each hotel.

■ Pets must be noted in the order and informed to the hotel in advance.
■ There is no charge for bringing pets in the hotel, but if the items are damaged or seriously dirty, an additional fee will be charged depending on the situation.
■ Only Venus and Mercury can bring pets in luxury dome tents, and pets can be brought in simple tents and tents.
■ Luxurious dome tent, the hotel will prepare a dog cage, so only small dogs are allowed.
■ For simple tents and tents, you need to bring your own dog cage (regardless of size).
■ In the tent, the pet must be in the cage; outside the tent, the pet can run freely.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
***Luxury Dome: Only Venus and Mercury allow pets. Dog cages will be prepared, but only for small dogs (no extra charge required)
***Premium tent series: All pets can stay together, but they need to bring their own dog cage, not limited to any size (no extra charge required)

Before Traveling
According to the regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all international tourists must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (hotels, motels, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
