【Accommodation Rules】
Welcome to Qilin Seaview and Mountain View B&B. In order to maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, we have specially ordered the accommodation instructions. Please abide by the following:
■ Barbecue site & BBQ grilling equipment are provided, the fee is NT$1,000/group, including iron grid and gas. The ingredients need to be prepared by yourself, there is no substitute for baking. (The cost depends on the site)
■ This B&B is a self-service check-in, no check-in at the counter is required, the check-in butler will send a private message. Check-in time: Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 11:00 the next day.
■ Please check in according to the number of people booked at the time of booking. If there are visitors, please leave before 23:00.
■ The living room on the first floor is a coffee shop area, not a public space. Each room has its own independent private space that can be used.
■ Please do not make loud noises after 22:00, so as not to affect the peace of other residents and neighbors.
■ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room so as not to affect other staying guests. In severe cases, a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000 may be imposed.
■ Responding to environmental protection and caring for the earth we live together, we do not provide disposable spare parts. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, and razor.
■ No meals are provided.
■ Do not move any indoor furnishings (such as beds).
■ When leaving the room, please make sure to lock the door! Please keep your valuables carefully, and you will be responsible for any loss.
■ Due to hygienic considerations, if the quilt covers, bed sheets, and cleaning mats are dirty, they will be replaced with new ones, and compensation will be made at the replacement price. If you want to take away the replaced spare parts, you can take them away.
If the box spring penetrates, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on site, please inform the hotel in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of NT$300/pet is required for pets in the hotel. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
