☗ For early check-in or late check-out, please notify us via phone or message in advance.
☗ Early check-in depends on availability. Luggage storage is available; we apologize for any inconvenience.
☗ Please stay according to the number of guests for your room type. Children aged 0–5 stay free.
☗ Starting from January 1, 2024, please bring your own personal toiletries and hygiene items when checking in.
☗ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Violators will be fined NT$2,000–10,000 in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
☗ Illegal activities are prohibited. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation without a refund.
☗ Any damages caused by improper use must be compensated at the replacement cost.
☗ To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
☗ Please safeguard your valuables. The property is not responsible for any loss, and we appreciate your understanding.
☗ For privacy and security reasons, the property does not allow external visitors.
☗ Washing Machine Usage Hours: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM. Please use the washing machine only during these hours to avoid disturbing other guests.
☗ The kitchen is available for use by group bookings only. Guests must clean and return all items to their original places after use.
☗ Upon check-out, please return all keys. A replacement fee of NT$200 per key will be charged for any lost keys.
☗ Forgotten items: If you need items shipped back to you, a handling fee of NT$100 per item will be charged.
☗ To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please keep conversations and television volume low after 9:00 PM.
☗ Guests are kindly reminded not to take items from the room. Any items taken will be charged at their full value.
