Backpackers Hostel – Ximen is situated near the busy Ximending Shopping Area. We are a youth hostel designed for both local and foreign backpackers. The interior design combines modern art and local culture. The murals are painted by renowned artist Candy Bird including the large pieces in the lobby, common room and the hallways. It brings out an artistic, young and energetic atmosphere.

For the strict budgeting travelers, choosing convenient location and budget friendly accommodation are the top priorities. Backpackers Hostel – Ximen is near Taipei MRT Ximen Station. The hostel provides the most reasonable rates and also the high quality staying environment. The hostel is neither luxurious nor fashion, but the high quality accommodation experience is hidden in the details. Different from other hostels, Backpackers Hostel – Ximen has selected beds and beddings under hotel standard for guest to enjoy a good night’s sleep. The rooms are installed with independent shower facility, private charging sockets and personal safe, secure and convenient.

The common room located on the underground level provides TV, computer and comfortable couch for guests to meet friends and relax. Thank you for choosing us as your Taipei stop at Backpackers Hostel, you have successfully booked our hostel, and here is something we want to let you know first:

1. The check-in time is from 3:00pm to 2:00am, if you would be later than this, please contact the hostel.

2. The soundproof of our hostel might be a little weaker compare to normal hotel, if you are more sensitive to sounds and want to sleep better, we have free earplugs, you can ask at the front desk for it.

3. Our bed is bunk-bed, if you have children or elder people; please beware of their safety, thank you.

4. As the hostel is certified by the Government of environmental protection hostel, so we only provide shampoo and shower gel in our bathroom, for other things like towel or toothbrush, you can prepare your own or buy them at the lobby.

5. We have free luggage storage service, if you come here early, you can leave your luggage here, but please take the important things and expensive things with you, thank you!

6. There is no elevator in our hostel, our staff is willing to carry your luggage if your luggage is heavy.

7. Our hostel has pick-up and send-off to the airport service (A fare would be needed). For more information, please contact the front desk.

8. We have portable Wi-Fi router rental service, and we offer carpooling service to go to Taoyuan International airport. Please ask more detail by e-mail or phone.
