【 Pet Accommodation Tips】
1. Pets must be in the order remarks and inform the accommodation in advance.
2. The check-in fee is $300, and more than 12kg (including 12kg) is $500. If items are damaged or heavily soiled, additional fees will be charged depending on the situation.
3. Do not allow pets to drown indoors.
4. Pets are not allowed to enter the room on the sofa and bed at will. Please ask the traveler before.
5. Pets cannot use towels in the room.
6. If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it, so as not to affect other tenants.
7. Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
8. Hairy children can stay with the owner, bagging or carts in the public space, so as not to affect other tenants.

【Instructions for entering the room】
■ Extra bed: 1 person (plus mattress) $600
■ No extra bed: No extra charge below 110CM (no breakfast); $200 per person above 110CM (no breakfast)
■ Additional purchase of breakfast is $200, and children’s meal is $150
■ Covered building: There is no additional charge for public space use. The lobby, glass house, KTV, and mahjong are provided. A deposit of $2000 is required. If there is cleaning and tidying, the deposit will be refunded the next day. Please jointly maintain the facilities and equipment. If there is damage, compensation will be based on the price.
■ **The kitchen is not available for loan**
■ If you need to use the outdoor space for barbecue and picnic, please bring your own materials and refrigerators. A deposit of $2000 is required. If there is cleaning and tidying, the deposit will be refunded the next day.
■ Lost room card: $250
■ Bedwetting assessment fee
■ The hotel is completely non-smoking, and there are smoke sensors in the room (if you need to smoke, please go to the balcony, and there is an ashtray place). If you smoke in the room, a cleaning fee of $2000 will be charged and the relevant unit will be notified of the penalty.
