注意事項
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house. Please keep quiet from 21:00 in the evening to 8:00 in the morning.
■ Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, depending on the collection rules of each hotel.
■ Wash, dry and return dishes and cooking utensils after use.
■ In order to prevent infectious diseases, we do not prepare oil or seasoning, if you need to cook, please bring your own.
■ Please take off your shoes when entering the room.
■ In order to save power, please turn off the power of the unused air conditioner.
■ Barrel sauna and Jacuzzi that you can use as many times as you want during your stay. (Jacuzzi is open from April to November)
【Description of Luggage Storage】
■ To deposit luggage at the counter, each luggage needs to pay JPY1000, and the payment will be made on the spot when checking in. (The cost depends on the site)

■ Leave your luggage in your room
①Guests who check in on the day can store their luggage in their room for free.
② Luggage can only be left after 14:00.
③Although it can be stored, there is no one in the hostel to manage the stored luggage, so please take your valuables with you.
④ After depositing your luggage, please put the keys in the key box. (Please lock the door if there is no key box)
⑤ After depositing your luggage, please send a message to the hostel. (The landlord must know which room has the guest's luggage)
⑥ If the room has not been cleaned, please do not put any items, the cleaning staff may misunderstand and treat it as the items of the previous night's guests.
⑦Please do not put any luggage in the room after check-out. If the hotel finds luggage, each luggage needs to be charged JPY1000 (the host will help the guest put it at the counter first).
[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on site, please inform the hotel in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of JPY5000/pet is required for pets in the hotel. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
Before Traveling According to the regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all international tourists must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (hotels, motels, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
