【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 10:00 am. If you need to check out late or check in early under special circumstances, please inform us in advance.
■ No breakfast service is provided.
■ It is strictly forbidden to take drugs, host parties, carry any dangerous items and other illegal activities in the homestay. If found, the local competent authority will be notified according to law.
■ After 9:30 in the evening, please refrain from making loud noises, singing, parties and mahjong to avoid disturbing neighbors or other residents.
■ In order to protect the rights and interests of other customers, it is forbidden to smoke in indoor spaces, such as guest rooms, bathrooms and other public spaces. If this happens, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, pets are temporarily not allowed to enter, and have the right to unconditionally refuse to check in without refunding the deposit. If a pet is found, the paid fee will not be refunded, and an additional NT$2,000 will be charged as a cleaning fee. Damaged items are priced according to the situation.
■ For fire safety, it is forbidden to use cassette gas, induction cooker and other lighting or cooking utensils.
■ There is limited parking space for cars in the area. If there are children, please inform in advance. Exclusive parking spaces will be planned in advance. If no parking spaces are available, please park by yourself at a nearby free or paid parking lot.
■ Please take good care of your personal belongings. Please lock the doors and windows properly when traveling away from the hotel. Please remember to take them with you when you check out. We will not be responsible for any loss.
■ In order to take into account the privacy and safety of staying guests, visitors, relatives and friends, or anyone who has not notified their need to stay are not allowed to enter. If you need to add more people or quilts to the room, please inform in advance.
