【Accommodation Notice】
◆ The occupancy is based on the number of people in the room type, no extra bed service, and additional cleaning fees will be charged for additional occupancy.
Children under 4 years old (inclusive) are free of charge.
NT$500/person per night for 5 years old and above. (with toiletries, no quilt, pillow)
◆ A deposit of NT$5000 is required for the private building. After check-out, the housekeeper confirms that there is no damage or violation, and the remittance will be refunded on the same day.
◆ There are many residents in the vicinity of this homestay. Please pay attention to the volume after 22:00. Do not make loud noises, play or run. The hotel has the right to stop them.
◆ The public area is only open until 20:00, please understand and cooperate!
◆ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation and comply with the Hazard Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited in the B&B. If there is any damage to the B&B, a cleaning fee of NT$5000 will be charged.
◆ It is strictly forbidden to climb on the balcony railings and fences in this homestay, and please pay attention to the safety of young children and the elderly.
◆ In order to maintain the quality and safety of accommodation, people who are not staying in this homestay are not allowed to visit.
◆ All equipment in the B&B is owned by the B&B, please use it carefully, if it is damaged or lost, you need to compensate according to the price!
◆ Please keep valuables with you, and we will not be responsible for any loss.
◆ In order to promote environmental protection and love the earth, save washing water and detergent, we will not actively provide cleaning services, towels and spare parts replacement services during the extended stay. [If you need to collect garbage, please inform the customer service in advance]
◆ In order to protect the rights and interests of other passengers, pets are not allowed to stay, and behaviors such as false occupancy, disobedience to persuasion and pet smuggling are declined. If the check-in is not true, the homestay has the right to refuse the guest to check-in!
◆ Attention! The counter and kitchen of this homestay are important areas, please do not enter at will. If there is any loss, etc., the police will be dealt with!
◆ When checking out, put the key on the counter and take a photo and upload it to the official Line~
[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on site, please inform the hotel in advance.
■ Pets are allowed outdoors only (on a leash or in a cage), unlimited numbers.
■ A cleaning fee of NT$200 per pet under 10kg, NT$300 per pet between 11-30kg and NT$400 between 30-40kg will be charged. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed in the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the hotel alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
