【Accommodation Rules】
Welcome to "Xiwei Zuoan Seaview B&B" in Penghu. In order to protect your rights and interests, please be sure to read the following notices in detail.
■ When making a reservation, please be sure to inform the exact number of guests (including infants), and please check in according to the number of people booked at the time of booking. If there is an over-occupancy situation without notification, the homestay has the right to charge additional fees or refuse to check-in. If you need an extra bed, NT$500/bed per night, please ask for confirmation when booking.
■ The B&B does not provide catering services, and the discount has been given back to the price. If you need assistance in purchasing local special breakfasts, the price is negotiable. Welcome to experience the local special breakfast.
■ One night stay at this homestay does not include airport (port) pick-up and drop-off. If you stay for 2 nights, you can have 1 airport (port) pick-up or drop-off, and if you stay for more than 3 nights, you can provide airport (port) round-trip pick-up and drop-off (ie 2 times). If there is a need for car rental, we can help arrange it.
■ Additional quilt and pillow services are not provided. If there is additional demand, NT$100/piece will be charged as a cleaning fee. (The quantity is limited, depending on the appropriate day)
■ Please send your ID card for registration when booking or before check-in, and pay the balance when you check-in.
■ Room check-in time: 15:00~18:00 pm on the same day (if the check-in time is later than 18:00, please contact us first) (if you cannot contact us on the day of check-in, the room will be reserved until 20:00 at the latest, overdue will be deemed as giving up the accommodation and deposit). If you have any questions after check-in, please inform us before 20:00 to facilitate timely processing.
■ Check-out time: NT$200 per hour for late check-out before 10:00 am of the next day, NT$300 per hour for over 12:00, less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour.
■ In order to ensure the rights and interests of both parties, there are 24HR surveillance videos in the public space of this homestay.
■ Please take good care of your personal valuables. If there is any loss, the homestay will not make compensation.
■ In order to maintain the tranquility of the accommodation, please keep your voice soft and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space. It is strictly forbidden to set off fireworks, sky cannons and other noise-making objects inside and outside the homestay. After 21:00 in the evening, please refrain from making noise and keep the volume down. If the noise continues and repeated persuasion fails, the tenant can be asked to check out immediately, and the room fee will not be refunded.
■ Mahjong tables are provided (only for use in the room if the building is not rented out). If the mahjong table is damaged, compensation shall be made at the price. Mahjong tablets are rented at NT$100 per day. If one piece is missing, compensation shall be paid in full.
■ The KTV in the living room can only be used when the building is rented out. If the microphone is damaged, compensation shall be made according to the price. From 22:00 in the evening to 08:00 the next day, it is forbidden to use KTV and make noise. If you are fined by the government, the fine will be borne by the tenant. Please cooperate.
■ Due to safety considerations, the B&B prohibits the use of electrical appliances and gas appliances that are not equipped in the guest room. It is strictly forbidden to bring your own cooking appliances. If you cause a fire in the wires, damage to the power, or a power outage, you will be required to seek compensation in accordance with the law, civil and criminal.
■ Pets are not allowed in this homestay. Violators will check out immediately and no refunds will be requested.
■ The leftovers in the room are not responsible for the management. If the forgotten items are in the hotel, if you need to ask the operator to return them on your behalf, you must pay the shipping fee to send them.
■ In order to respond to the earth’s environmental protection, we do not take the initiative to provide disposable supplies, do not change bed sheets, quilts, pillowcases, towels and other toiletries for extended stays, and do not enter the room for cleaning. If you need to change, an additional NT$450 per bed will be charged. For special dirt, an additional NT$200-500 treatment fee will be charged (according to the price quoted by the laundry shop).
■ Please take good care of the room key and magnetic buckle. If lost, compensation will be required (cost NT$300/piece).
■ Smoking (including e-cigarettes), betel nuts, and contraband are prohibited in the entire building. If the circumstances are serious, the police shall be dealt with.
■ If damage to the items in the room or personal factors such as vomiting, bedwetting... etc. cause damage to the homestay, the homestay will charge you for damaged items and business loss.
■ The hotel garage is available for free parking for tenants, but the parking space is limited. If it is full, please find other suitable parking spaces nearby.
■ Please take good care of all the equipment in the homestay. If it is damaged or taken away without authorization, please compensate according to the price.
■ This homestay provides TV, wireless WIFI Internet access, a public refrigerator (for iced drinks), hot and cold water dispensers, kettles, tea cups, etc. in the living room. Please clean and put them back after use. There are no kitchen facilities.
■ There is no elevator and no laundry service in this homestay. There are several laundromats to choose from in the downtown area.
■ If you need to use the top floor (room 301), a cleaning fee of NT$500 will be charged.
【Refund Notice】
The following refund regulations are about your rights and interests. In order to avoid misunderstandings and disputes, please fully understand and agree before making a reservation.
■ If there are irresistible factors such as typhoon or earthquake on the day of accommodation (the Central Meteorological Bureau must issue a land typhoon warning) or other major disasters, and the county and city where the homestay is located announces the suspension of work and school, the deposit can be retained, the housing period extended (within three months), or refunded after deducting a single refund fee.
■ Any cancellation due to personal reasons (for example: bad weather, rain, not wanting to go out, temporary errands, family affairs, car breakdown, traffic accident, physical discomfort, etc.), shall be refunded in accordance with the cancellation and refund processing principles for passenger reservations announced by the Consumer Insurance Association, and the refund shall be processed in accordance with the "Contract Template for Individual Passenger Reservations"
■ Please inform us 7 days before the date of check-in, the extension can be limited to three months, if the date of the last extension is not determined, the deposit will not be refunded.
■ For the above, the necessary handling fee derived from the refund will be charged.
