A 10-minute walk from Nijo Castle, Kyoto Uraraka House offers private and comfortable rooms with a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi.

From Marutamachi Chiekoin Bus Stop, a 1-minute walk from the hotel, guests can take a bus to visit Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Arashiyama area and the Gion and Shijo Kawaramachi areas. JR Kyoto Station is less than a 17-minute drive away.

Air-conditioned rooms are simply furnished in natural tones and come with a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a work desk and a balcony.
Private bathrooms come with a bathtub, hairdryer and fresh towels.

Kyoto Uraraka House offers a limited number of free bicycle rentals upon request (＊The number of bicycles is limited. Please note that bicycles cannot be reserved.) and daily cleaning service. There is also a coin launderette on site.

■If you check in after 20:00, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance
■All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is found, the room cleaning fee will be charged. Please smoke in the smoking area.

■Kyoto city Accommodation tax is required separately. 200 yen per person per night will be charged upon check-in.
■Luggage storage service is available. Luggage storage service is available from 7:00 to 19:00.
■Please contact us by e-mail or other means if you wish to check in after the check-in time or early check-in. We will guide you how to check-in.
■If you need an extra bed, please contact the hostel in advance. Additional charges will apply (actual charges vary from site to site).
■If you are involved in an accident during your stay, you are responsible for your own safety.
■If we find any nuisance or illegal activities during your stay, we will report it to the hostel.

Q：如何得知是否確認訂房是否完成訂房？

A：
此房源頁面顯示<即時訂房>，只要付款成功就完成訂房，無須等待旅宿主人回覆確認！

Q：如何預訂？

A：
選擇想去的地點、選擇日期、房數、人數及房型方案，點選預訂完成付款則完成訂房。您會收到完成訂房的通知信。

Q：如何辦理入住？

A：
入住報到時請攜帶身份證明文件(護照或身份證)，及用於預訂支付的該張信用卡，以便入住時身份核對。

Q：如何知道該房型的退訂政策？

A：
每個房型會有不同的取消規定，點擊房型資訊中的查看退訂政策或免費取消文字，可以看到詳細的相關規定。

Q：如果我想要修改或取消這個預訂該怎麼辦？

A：
預訂完成後，您所收到的訂房成功電子郵件上會附有直接前往會員中心的連結，在會員中心您可以自行查詢/列印訂單明細，或取消訂房。如需修改訂單內容，須先取消原訂單，再重新成立新訂單。

Q：退款相關資訊

A：
所有因取消預訂或提前退房所產生的退費，只要符合退款規定，趣吧將依照您原先選擇的付款方式進行退款 (包括 : 信用卡、LINE PAY電子支付)。退款皆採取人工流程，作業不含六日及國定假日。信用卡退款約 3-14 工作天退至您原消費卡，實際仍依各發卡行工作日數為準。電子錢包或其他支付方法，實際退款時間依各支付退款辦法辦理。

Q：發票 / 收據

A：
趣吧將在退房後 3-14個工作天內，依財政部 82 年 3 月 27 日台財稅第 821481937 號函核准開立代收轉付電子收據，不另開立統一發票，且以 Email 方式寄送至您的會員信箱。

※ 因由系統自動開立，一筆訂單僅能開立一張憑證，恕無法申請開立多張。如有分別開立需求，請分別下單。
※ 依法規定，收據/發票一經開立，不得更改或改開其他統一編號。
※ 行程異動或取消時，為加速退款作業，同意授權趣吧代為處理銷貨退回或折讓證明單。
