【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: 15:00pm (you can stop at the hotel first) Please keep your valuables by yourself, and you will not be responsible for the loss.
■ Check-out time: Check-out at 11:00am will incur a late fee, TWD$300 per half hour).
■ There will be no cleaning during the extended stay, and bath towels will be provided once during the stay. Do not take out the bath towels in the room to avoid loss.
■ During the epidemic prevention period, guests are required to spray alcohol to eliminate cyanosis and wear masks when entering the homestay.
■ In order to maintain the safety of the accommodation, do not open fire to cook food inside or outside the homestay. Barbecues are provided in the package area.
■ In response to environmental protection, small towels, pastes, toothbrushes, and facial cleansers are not provided.
■ Hairdryer, bath towel, and olive bath and shampoo are provided in the room.
■ Please do not move, destroy, and furniture items in the homestay. If there is any damage or loss, compensation will be charged according to the price (key TWD$350/bath towel TWD$350/in-room controller TWD$600/hair dryer TWD$500)
■ Please save energy. Do not set the air conditioner below 23 degrees. Please turn off the air conditioner, TV, and lights when you go out.
■ The B&B is close to a residential area. Please lower the volume in indoor and outdoor spaces after 10:00 p.m. (including guests in the included area). If you cannot comply, please think twice before booking.
■ If the number of occupants exceeds the number of people booked, additional fees will be charged for the homestay, and visitors are strictly prohibited from visiting.
■ Garbage needs to be sorted. Gambling, drug use, alcohol, etc. are strictly prohibited. If there is an illegal situation, there is a police station in this hotel, and the fee will not be refunded.
■ Electronics are completely prohibited in conjunction with the Hazard Prevention Act, and smoking is prohibited in the toilets in the room. If it violates the law, you will have to pay an extra two days for the room rate.
■ Chewing betel nuts is prohibited indoors. Bedding and bath towels stained with menstrual blood, mud, vomiting, bedwetting, and wine stains are excessively dirty, and an additional cleaning fee of TWD$600 will be charged.
■ There is a landscape pool outside the homestay. It is only for viewing. Please pay attention to the safety of young children and elders. If there is any danger, you will be responsible for the consequences.
■ It is strictly forbidden to throw stones on the trails in the outdoor landscape area. If glass and other facilities are damaged, compensation will be made according to the price.
■ Please leave the key at the lobby counter when you check out, thank you for your cooperation!
■ Pier pick-up and drop-off are provided. If necessary, please call or make a note to inform the hotel in advance.
■ If you need to purchase ferry tickets or rent locomotives, please call the hotel in advance to inquire and pay the fee on the spot.
[Tips for Pets Entering the Camp]
■ Bringing pets must be noted in the order and charged on site, and the camp owner must be informed in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of TWD$600 per pet is required (only small dogs are allowed). Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere.
■ Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds at will. Please do not use bath towels to wipe pets, do not blow or comb hair in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other passengers.
■ Pets cannot stay in the tent alone. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
■ Maintain pet accommodation etiquette, pets should be chained or placed outside the cage.
■ Do not bring controlled, dangerous, aggressive, or uncontrolled pets (animals). In order to maintain the safety of campers, the camp owner reserves the right to refuse to enter the camp.
■ If you injure others or damage other people's equipment, please be responsible for it yourself, which has nothing to do with the camp area.
