1. All areas of the facility are non-smoking area. If there are smells or marks from smoking, we may ask you to pay for house cleaning, bedding, and replacement equipment.

2. Please do not bring the following items into the facility.
(b) Animals, birds and pets
(b) Decayed items, filthy items, and other items that give off moisture, offensive odors, bad smell, odors, etc.
(c) Hazardous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oils, etc.
(2) Guns and swords that are not legally permitted to be possessed;
(e) Other items that are prohibited to possess by law, etc.

3. Please refrain from gambling, behavior that disturbs public morals, or behavior that may cause inconvenience to other guests within our facility.

5. Do not use our facility for other purposes such as business activities (exhibition, advertisement, publicity, sales, etc.) without the permission of our facility.

7. If there is a nuisance to the neighborhood, such as shouting loudly at our facility, the nearby residents may report it to the police. In this case, the guest / user will be is legally responsible.

8. Rooftop facilities are available until 21:00. We ask that you stay indoors after 21:00 to avoid inconvenience to local neighbors.

9. For your safety, please do not push the glass fence on the rooftop.

10. Please refrain from moving equipment in the our facility.

11. Items in the guest room other than the amenity set and welcome drink cannot be taken home. If the room equipment are damaged or missing at check-out, the customer will be charged the amount equivalent to the damage.


12. If our facility are significantly damaged such as staining, damage, loss, or breakdown, we will charge the cost of restoring the property to its current state. In the event that equipment are lost or damaged and special replacement or repair is required, a separate charge will be made. In addition, if the guest is found to have acted intentionally or negligently, the guest shall be responsible for any loss related to the operation of the property.


13. "Bonfires" and "fireworks (hand-held, launch, firecrackers, etc.)" are prohibited due to disaster prevention and noise agreement reasons.

14. When using the jacuzzi, please be careful and strictly observe the usage time and use it safely. When children are using the jacuzzi, please be sure they are under surveillance with parent or guardian, and refrain children from using it alone.

15. When enjoying a barbecue or outdoor dining, please be sure to observe the following:
(b) Please finish by 21:00, including cleaning up. We recommend that you prepare before 17:00.
(b) To prevent oil stains on the floor, please use a plate when carrying grilled meat or other ingredients from the stove.
(c) In case of emergency, put water in the charcoal bucket to extinguish the fire.
(d) After use, you can leave the ash as it is, but please be sure to put the charcoal in the charcoal bucket and cover it with a lid. Make sure there is no fire in the net and ash tray. Also, please do not put the charcoal bucket on the wooden deck to prevent burning.
(e) To prevent trouble from wild animals / bird, please dispose any unburned and leftover foodstuffs as garbage and never leave them unattended.

16. Lost items will be handled in accordance with laws and regulations. Food and drink left in the facility will be immediately discarded from the viewpoint of hygiene.

17. Please make sure the facility is locked when you leave the room during your stay. Please lock the door inside the room when you go to bed. If you have visitors, please check who they are.

18. We do not allow children to stay alone without the permission of a parent or guardian.

19. Suspension of water supply or power outage during accommodation due to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) will be regarded as force majeure, and no refund of accommodation fees will be made.
