注意事項
【Accommodation Rules】
■ According to the Law on the Prevention and Control of Tobacco Hazards, smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
■ In order to protect your personal reservation rights, the reservation person should match the information of the check-in person, and must provide the same identity certificate when checking in (Check-in), so as to check and register.
■ Check-in time (Check in): PM15:00, please check in according to the hotel's regulations; if you cannot check in before PM20:00, please call the hotel to confirm the reservation in advance, otherwise the hotel will regard it as a cancellation of the reservation. No refund, the hotel can open the room to other waiting passengers. Check out time (Check out): before 10:00.
■ Atayal Palace room type and Five Elements Hot Spring Suite, please do not bring pets into the guest room.
■ The Five Elements Soup Suite is not suitable for children under the age of 12, please forgive me.
■ If the breakfast is not used within the specified time, it will be regarded as a waiver, and it cannot be redeemed for other expenses.
■ Open-air hot spring area
． If the number of people staying on that day does not reach 40, the hot spring area will not be open.
． The number of people staying that day did not reach 20, and the paddling pool was closed.
． Depending on the situation, the company has the final right to open the hot spring area and the paddling pool.
[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets are only allowed in certain room types (Kanakajima Chalet, Scale Suite), please inform the hotel in advance in the remarks of the order.
■ There is no charge for bringing pets in the hotel, but if the items are damaged or seriously dirty, an additional fee will be charged depending on the situation.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
