注意事項
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ According to the Accommodation Act, all tenants must submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (applicable to all tenants) Please be sure to attach one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.
■ If you need cleaning service, please inform the staff on site and pay the fee on site, cleaning fee is JPY6000/time; bed making fee is JPY1500/time. (The cost depends on the site)
