■ Please take off your shoes when entering the room
■ Towels are not changed during the stay
■ Parties and events are not permitted
■ Do not make loud noises in the house
■ According to the Lodging Act, all tenants are required to submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (applicable to all tenants) Please be sure to attach one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant’s ID in the passport
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, depending on the collection rules of each hotel. If you use the facilities of this listing normally, please rest assured that the compensation (deposit) will be refunded. Be aware that if you break equipment in your room or take it home, you will be charged for compensation.
