【Notes for adding people】
■ Limited to Sakuragawa Starry Sky House and Xiaye Starry Sky House, each room can add up to 2 more people, free of charge for children under 3 years old (inclusive), including afternoon tea, breakfast, and other items not mentioned above . 4 years old (inclusive), the fee is NTD$600 per person, including extra bed, breakfast, afternoon tea, and amenities, excluding other items not mentioned.
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: after 15:00; check-out time: before 11:00
■ Parking method: Concentrated parking (one room is limited to one car, and the parking fee is TWD$300 for each car exceeding that)! Vehicles are prohibited on the turf! Carts available
■ During the stay, if you move tables and chairs or use pots and spoons in the public area, you must return them by yourself, otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee of TWD$100/item, please forgive me!
■ All room types include full-time afternoon tea
■ No pets allowed
■ The camp area provides pre-order or on-site purchase of roast meat hot pot ingredients (pre-order is the most cost-effective)
■ A set of barbecue utensils (charcoal, grilling net, barbecue utensils, seasonings) will be included for every order of roasted meat set or single order over TWD$1500
■ Reservations provide hot pot pots, hot pot spoons, mineral water, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, bedding
■ The camp is located in nature and there are unpredictable risks. Therefore, children are strictly prohibited from being released into the wild. Parents must accompany them all the time when they play, pay attention to the safety of children and do not leave their sight. If the children are injured in any way, the company will not be responsible or compensated. Parents who do not want to accompany their children do not book
■ Reject visitors. If found, an additional cleaning fee of TWD$1000/person will be charged
■ Campsite planting and maintenance are not easy, please cherish flowers and trees
■ In order to maintain the safety of the park, please slow down when entering and leaving the camp
■ 22:00 pm ~ 08:00 am is the control period, please do not make loud noises, so as not to affect the peace of other dew friends
■ Please avoid taking a bath too late, so as not to affect the sleep of other campers
■ Garbage does not fall to the ground, and it is placed in the garbage collection area when leaving.
■ Do not throw sundries into toilets and urinals in the dressing room and camper van to ensure smooth flow
■ It is forbidden to use high-power electrical products, such as induction cooker, heater, electric cooker, oven, air conditioner, electric heating blanket, etc. If the circuit is burned out due to failure to comply with the regulations, please compensate according to the price
■ It is strictly forbidden to use karaoke and release any type of firecrackers and fireworks in the camp
■ The camp area is an open space, please be responsible for personal safety/supplies/finance
■ The recreational facilities provided in the camp area are public spaces, which can be used by everyone. Parents are required to accompany children when playing
■ There are many mosquitoes outdoors, please prepare for mosquito protection, and wear long-sleeved clothes and trousers to avoid mosquito bites
■ Sleeping in nature, please be aware of wild animals, avoid dark places at night, and do not feed wild animals
■ Water sources are limited in mountainous areas, and it is not easy to obtain water in camp areas. Please cherish water resources and do not do laundry, car washing, or playing in water...etc.
■ Unauthorized movement, destruction, cutting, and collection of flowers, grass, wood, and stones in the camp area (including digging holes, setting traps, etc., please protect yourself and others)
■ All illegal activities such as gambling, taking drugs and gathering crowds to cause trouble are prohibited in the camp area. If you have not improved after persuasion by the administrator, you will be asked to leave voluntarily, and the camping fee will be confiscated and will not be refunded
■ For camping and picnics, please pay special attention to food hygiene and preservation. If you feel unwell after eating your own meals, please be responsible
■ The camping area is located in the coexistence of nature, insects and wild animals. Please prevent mosquitoes, snakes and animals by yourself. The camping area will not be responsible for any damage caused by natural creatures.
■ Protect the rights and interests of all campers. Any hard ball games, uncontrolled throwing games, and toys are prohibited in the camp area, and the rights and interests of other guests must not be affected
■ The temperature difference between day and night in the camp area is large, seniors should assess whether their physical condition is suitable for going there, and bring warm clothes
■ Do not take food, tableware, plates, and cups from the self-service area into the campervan or tent for consumption, and it is forbidden to pack and take away
■ Do not eat, smoke, or chew betel nuts in the campervan or tent, and it is strictly forbidden to wear shoes inside. If found, a compensation of TWD$50,000 will be required
■ If the above specifications cannot be met, please do not make a reservation, the camp reserves the right to refuse service
■ The above specifications are to protect the rights and interests of campers, please cooperate, and those who violate repeated persuasion will be disqualified from camping
■ Those who vomit due to excessive drinking in the camp will be charged a cleaning fee of TWD$5000
■ Infectious diseases, people in isolation, and people related to the epidemic are absolutely prohibited from participating in the camp
For matters not mentioned above, the on-site staff reserves the right to increase or modify
【Bathroom and toilet configuration】 (hot water/power supply 24 hours):
Water and electricity configuration -> 13 shared sinks, 13 electric boxes (it is recommended to bring your own extension cable of more than 10 meters)
Men's restrooms: 3 seated, 2 urinals, showers: 3
Women's restroom: 3 sitting rooms, Shower room: 3 rooms
