【Accommodation Rules】
■ No smoking in the whole building
■ A deposit of TWD$3000 is required for the private building. After check-out, the housekeeper confirms that there is no damage or violation, and the remittance will be refunded on the same day.
■ Check-in time is from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm, please contact the customer service staff 30 minutes before arriving at the homestay, so that the housekeeper will come to the homestay to receive you.
■ Check-out time is before 11:00AM. In order to maintain the cleanliness of the room and the rights and interests of the next group of guests, late check-out is not allowed. If it exceeds half an hour, TWD$1,000 will be charged for 1 hour, and TWD$2,000 will be charged for each room for 2 hours.
■ When checking in, please present your ID card or passport for registration.
■ In order to maintain public safety, monitors are installed in public spaces, and it is strictly forbidden to touch or cover them.
■ When you check out, please return the door key on the counter, take a photo and send it back to LINE customer service. If you lose it, you will be charged TWD$500 for each pair.
■ Please check in according to the number of people in the reservation. If the number of people increases without prior notice, an additional accommodation fee of TWD$1500/person will be charged.
■ In order to maintain the quality and safety of accommodation, non-residents are prohibited from entering.
■ Please take good care of your personal valuables. We will not be responsible for any loss. Please forgive me.
■ Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
■ Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when you check out, you will be required to pay for it.
■ Borrow pots, pans, and tableware, and please clean and return them after use.
■ There are railings and stairs in the homestay. Please do not chase or climb. Parents are requested to restrain children's behavior.
[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on site, please inform the hotel in advance.
■ 1 kg to 10 kg is a small dog, 11 kg to 15 kg is a medium-sized dog, and more than 15 kg is a large dog. the
■ A cleaning fee of TWD$300/for small dogs, TWD$500/for medium-sized dogs, and TWD$800/for large dogs is required for pets in the hotel. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
