【Accommodation Rules】
■ When checking in, you need to show your identity card or passport, and settle the balance.
■ Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am.
■ For late check-out (NT$350 per hour), or if there is a need for temporary extension, please inform the front desk staff in advance. If there is already a tenant who has booked the room on the same day, the late check-out or extension service cannot be provided.
■ This homestay provides shower gel and shampoo for eco-friendly hotels. Passengers are requested to bring their own toiletries and towels.
■ The whole building is non-smoking. If you want to smoke, please go outside the building; if you find that the room smells of smoke after checking out, the tenant will be charged two days' room fee as the cleaning fee for the smoke smell, and follow the smoke prevention measures Fang proposed a fine of NT$10,000 to the Environmental Protection Agency.
■ There is no access control in the building, but all entrances and exits are managed with passwords. Please pay attention to the safety of opening and closing the door at all times and close the door properly to ensure the safety of all residents.

■ In order to take into account the rights and interests of all passengers, please control the volume when entering the room. In order to maintain a quiet living environment and respect others, please do not make loud noises in the guest rooms.
■ Please keep the valuables in the room carefully. If there is any loss, the hotel will not be responsible for compensation.
■ Fire sources are strictly prohibited in any place in the homestay without permission, and any cooking behavior is strictly prohibited in the room to ensure safety.
■ If there is any damage or dirt, the hotel will have the right to claim compensation based on the damage and replacement supplies.
■ It is strictly forbidden to take drugs, take drugs, carry prohibited drugs and dangerous items, fight, gamble, illegally gather, prostitute or whoring, and report to the police if found; sorry for the inconvenience.
■ Those who suffer from infectious diseases, please inform the hotel staff first.
■ The equipment and items in the guest room are provided for passengers to use during their stay. Please do not take away hair dryers, shampoos, shower gels, decoration supplies, home appliances, etc.; if necessary, please contact the counter to purchase.
■ If there is any violation of the substantive norms of the homestay, all responsibilities and compensations shall be borne and the right of legal prosecution shall be reserved.
