This house consists of a living room, 1 kitchens,a bath room, 2 wash room and 3 bed rooms.
This house fully equipped for air-conditioning and you're available to use the floor heating at living room.
Toilet is first and third floor.

You can enjoy the BBQ. There is a BBQ stove. It takes 10000yen. If you want, please tell us when you reserve my house.

In the bath room, we have a big bath tub that makes you relax.
You can use the entire house for your own.
Please note that it is not allowed to use spare bed sheets without letting us know.
If you want to change the bedding, please inform us of it BEFORE you check in.NO face lotion and cream
NO food prepared including seasonings.

Prohibited matters

We will charge you additional charges if we find the following behavior or matters;

(1)Smoking inside our property: 50,000JPY
(2)Behavior which disturbs the neighbors:10,000JPY (If we receive the report from the neighbors)
(3)Damage or bringing out the items in our property:We'll send you the invoice.
(4)Losing or bringing out the key:100,000JPY
If you send the key back to us, We'll charge you 30,000JPY or the total accommodation fee of the guest(s) who is/are forced to cancel the booking because of the key.
We will request you to pay one of these two which is more expensive than another one.

(5)Late check-out without permission:3,000JPY per 30 min.
(6)The stay of a person/persons with no reservation: the additional accommodation fee + 5,000JPY
(7)illegal garbage disposal:10,000JPY

・Please lock the key when you go out.
・Please turn off electricity and gas.
・For a long-term guest, please discard garbage following the rules of local government.
・Please sort garbage following the local government's rules.
・Please do not throw anything but toilet paper into the toilet.
If the toilet gets clogged or overflow, we will request you to pay the price for it.
・Do not your child/children alone in the room for safety.

[About children's fees] Children aged 0-4, the first person and the second person are free (do not occupy a bed, do not include equipment, do not include bedding, and must be informed in the order notes) and the third person is calculated based on the adult price. Please be sure to fill in the number of people

[About airport pick-up and drop-off] After the hotel has completed the reservation, please contact the host host for the pick-up and drop-off matters, and pay the fee directly to the host host, instead of going through the platform

Prohibited matters
The following actions will be punished:

・Smoking indoors and outdoors...¥50,000 (evidence and smell of smoking left)
・Annoyance such as noise...¥10,000 (if reported by neighbors or the police)
・Indoor utensils and equipment damaged or taken away: Payment will be levied according to the invoice for compensatory purchase or repair.
・Take away or lose the key...¥100,000
If the key needs to be returned by international mail, an additional ¥30,000 or the total room fee of other guests canceled due to lack of keys will be charged for the damage caused during the period, whichever is higher.
・Check-out after 11:00 am without notice: 3,000 yen per 30 minutes of late check-out
・Accommodating without reservation: normal room rate + ¥5,000
・Littering or no garbage sorting...¥10,000
・Be sure to lock the door when going out.
・Turn off electrical appliances, heaters, and lights when you go out.
・When staying for a long-term stay, please dispose of garbage according to the regulations of the local government.
・Please cooperate with garbage sorting.
・Do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. (If a blockage occurs, there will be a repair fee.)
・Do not leave children alone indoors when going out.
