【Check-in Rules】
■ If you receive the booking completion notification letter from the platform, it means that the booking and payment are successful. Please ignore the check-in notification email automatically sent by the camp system. Thanks
■ The tent area and inside the tent (including bathrooms and toilets) are non-smoking areas. NT$10,000 will be charged if any odor is found
■ We are different from Yangming Resort, please do not call there
■ We are not a hotel with concrete buildings, so there must be slopes and gravel roads on the road. Because the tent facilities are not easy to maintain, the pet-friendly area is not yet open
■ Because the tent itself is located in a facility with high penetration, the sound insulation is somewhat lower than that of cement buildings (earplugs are provided in the room, please don’t worry)
■ The climate on the mountain itself changes greatly, and camping in the rain is also fun. Although the strong wind and heavy rain will make super loud noises and shakes, our tents are very firm, and the platform with high steel beams is also very stable. Shaking or bursting noises are normal.
■ The furnishings and bed bag facilities in the tent are not allowed to be taken away without permission. If the items are damaged or missing after check-out, compensation for the cost will be required. If there is any damage or unusable situation, please notify in time so that we can provide for the next guest prepare for
■ Dinner time: 18:00~20:30. Breakfast time: 07:30~09:30
■ The closed time of the park is from 10:00 p.m. to 07:30 a.m. of the next day. There are no on-site staff in this section for operations and services.
■ When checking in, you need to show your ID card and settle the balance. If you have children, please show your ID card to show their age.
■ Vehicles can freely enter and leave the camp and park for free during the stay, and the camp is not responsible for any storage or compensation.
■ When the vehicle of the staying passenger leaves the park, they can go to the counter to ask the staff to demagnetize the parking fee.
■ In order to maintain a good accommodation environment, cooking is prohibited in the camp area; eating and drinking are prohibited in the tents.
■ In order to ensure the quality of accommodation and limited sound insulation of tents, please lower the volume after ten o'clock in the evening.
■ The camp covers a large area, and there are various heights of the road environment. Parents with children are requested to accompany them throughout the journey, and pay attention to the weather to ensure safety and avoid getting lost.
■ The camp is located in a natural ecological environment. Be careful of mosquitoes, snakes and animals. Please make sure to close the tent door tightly when entering or leaving the tent.
■ It is forbidden to carry flammable (explosive) materials and any dangerous and illegal items, and it is forbidden to use high-wattage energy-consuming electrical appliances.
■ Improper entertainment such as smoking, chewing betel nuts, taking drugs and gambling is strictly prohibited in the camp area. If you do not listen to dissuasion, you will be asked to leave the camp area without refund.
■ In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, please be sure to read the camp rules and regulations.
