[Stay Guidelines]
■ Bath towels are provided. To support green travel, disposable amenities (e.g., toothpaste, toothbrushes) are not available.
■ Smoking is prohibited in the tent area, including inside tents and bathrooms. Violations or odors will result in a cleaning fee of TWD $10,000.
■ The park cannot provide services if the number of actual guests exceeds the booking.
■ We are not affiliated with Yangmingshan Resort. Please avoid contacting them.
■ As this is not a concrete building hotel, the terrain includes slopes and gravel paths. Currently, pets are not allowed due to the difficulty of maintaining tent facilities.
■ Tents are naturally more permeable than concrete buildings, which may impact soundproofing. (Earplugs are provided to ensure a restful stay.)
■ Mountain weather can change rapidly. Camping in the rain can be a fun experience, and while strong winds or heavy rain may cause noise or shaking, our tents and elevated steel platforms are very secure. These occurrences are normal.
■ Items and bedding inside the tents must not be removed. Any damage or loss will incur compensation fees. Please notify us promptly of any issues to prepare for the next guest.
■ Dinner: 18:00–20:00；Breakfast: 07:30–09:30
■ The park is closed from 22:00 to 08:00 the following morning, and no staff will be available during this time.
■ Guests must present valid ID and settle any remaining payments at check-in. For children, IDs are required for age verification.
■ Parking is free, and vehicles can freely enter and exit the park. The park is not responsible for damage or theft.
■ Guests leaving the park should deactivate parking charges at the front desk.
■ The campsite is located within Yangmingshan National Park, where outdoor cooking and barbecuing are strictly prohibited.
■ To maintain the quality of your stay and due to limited soundproofing, please lower noise levels after 22:00.
■ The park has diverse terrain with varying elevations. Parents should supervise children at all times and ensure their safety, especially in low-light conditions.
■ Located in a natural environment, please be cautious of insects and wildlife. Ensure tent doors are securely closed when entering and exiting.
■ The following are strictly prohibited: flammable or explosive items, dangerous and illegal goods, and high-power electrical appliances.
■ Smoking, betel nut chewing, drug use, gambling, or any improper behavior is prohibited. Guests who fail to comply will be asked to leave without a refund.
■ To protect mutual rights, please carefully read and follow the campsite rules and regulations.
